Description of Work: Remodeling Concepts entirely remodeled our main bathroom. They did a very professional job, were reliable and came back right away when we asked them to look at something. We would definitely hire them again and we highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Replaced the top of my downspout, which clogged, which formed a pool of water over the Winter, froze and split. The water was running down the side of the house and most likely caused water damage, to be investigated in the near future. | |Cons: The first call was strange. The person I spoke to seemed harried and forgot to take down my phone number until I mentioned it. He was somewhat confrontational when I questioned him about why he needed my credit card information when they hadn't even seen my house yet. He also ended up quoting me a price that was much higher than what it ended up being and not how they charged me at all. He said it was $190.00 for the first hour and $90.00 each additional hour and they automatically charge for two hours, plus material. (This was NOT what I was charged AT ALL. I was charged $150.00 for the whole job. Awesome.) I think I have water damage on the inside of my house so I said the price was fine, it didn't matter, just fix it as soon as you can. | I felt very uncomfotable about the phone call (it's my first home, first big problem with my home, first non-friend or family member or recommendation I contacted about doing work on my home, they took my credit card info, etc.) - which leads to the Pros. | Pros - I called the second number listed on this site and got the owner. Verified the guy I spoke to the night before actually worked there, explained my issue and received call backs from different people from the office an hour later to verify everything and let me know when they would be out to look at and fix the damage. They came out one day later (a Friday), needed a bigger ladder and came out the following Tuesday and fixed the issue in about an hour or less. No mess in my yard and so far it seems the drain issue has been fixed and water is draining into the downsout instead of down the brick facade of my house. | |I had a minor issue with the first phone call and it was immediately addressed and the customer service was excellent from there on out. Solid company, would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Complete tear-off of old roof and replacement. Over-all the job went well, but the only complaint I had was that they could have done a better job of clean-up.

Description of Work: Replaced roof and gutters on house. | |They did a good job taking the old roof off and replacing it with a new roof. Unfortunately the only reason I had the roof replaced in the first place was to fix a leak in my kitchen - I still have the leak two years later - to their credit Remodeling Concepts did come back three times attempting to fix the leak but they never solves the problem - eventually I moved on to other roofers to actually fix the leak. |I also had to have Remodeling Concepts come back and adjust some of the gutters they put up since the gutters they installed were not draining properly. |I think they would be very good for simple jobs - their price was low - but my roof was probably a bit too complicated for them to tackle. |

Description of Work: Generated a layout for my new kitchen. Did not like the layout. I need to ask for the layout several times.

Description of Work: Difficult to schedule, appointment, once scheduled, was not kept. Price was not honored and roof measurement was 55% higher than prior contractors. |I bought the Big Deal Roof Replacement, after an ad, for under 6k. So I didn't follow up with the roof from them, once they finally made it out and estimated a very high number & high square footage roof. Prior estimates would not change the overall sense of overwork:......No Deal.

Description of Work: I purchased a $75 Big Deal for a Custom Kitchen or Bathroom Design with Complete 3D Renderings for You to Keep! They did the kitchen. We are happy with the design they provided us with. Everything went well.

Description of Work: Full Bathroom design and remodel. The design session went really well and we made a few changes after some careful thought and discussion. Once I scheduled the remodel, pretty much everything went smoothly. Everyone was quite professional and did a great job. I will probably use them to do my kitchen in a year or two.

Description of Work: When we first contacted Remodeling Concepts about remodeling our kitchen, they were great. We set up an appointment, they arrived promptly and were very knowledgable. They also had some good ideas about how to get us more storage in our small kitchen. We were excited to see their design, but unfortunately it took a number of follow ups before we actually received it. Their delay in responding is why we decided not to use them. If they had communicated why there was a delay (using their trucks for plowing during a few snowstorms) we might have gone with them, but we didn't want to move forward with them not knowing if the lack of responsiveness would happen again. However, they were nice, knowledgeable people who I'm sure do quality work.

Description of Work: They created a new design for our bathroom. The gentleman showed up on time, our design was developed in a timely manner, and they followed up with us. Everyone was very polite and professional. We decided not to move forward with the project due to budget constraints, but I would contact them again for future projects, and I would recommend them.

Description of Work: They removed the old roof and installed a new roof with gutter guards and two new, larger downspouts to keep water from rushing over the gutters during heavy rainstorms. Looks great -- very happy with the job.
