The estimated price was $5600. The person who came out was a nice guy. He gave me a quote when we were on the spot and we even went back to his shop and he showed me some materials and everything. He seemed professional. I would recommend them to others for a quote. I would have used them for the job but I ended up going with another company because of a personal recommendation. I would use them again for a quote in the future if necessary.

REMODELING CONCEPTS LLC I called Remodeling Concepts, for an estimate, and left a message. The next day they called me back, and came to my house very quickly. Told me what week they would start and they had to order to stuff. They started on the day they said they would. I like the quality of their work. They were very courteous, and came out everyday on time. Finished the work in a timely fashion.

Overall it went pretty well. The job they did was good. They gave me a percentage off because I was an Angie’s list customer. So that’s nice. I would recommend them to the others. I will use their services again in the future.

They arrived on time did the initial prep work (covering the plantings, removed the outside light bulbs etc.they proceeded to strip the roof and determined that I needed several of the sheets of plywood replaced. they then put on the ice and water sheeting on and replaced the roof. I also needed the flue stack replaced (they use a superb sub for that) it was done quickly and the the clean up was great.i have only found 4 nails from the roof after several days. (they use a magnet to pick up most nails on the property) all around a professorial job.

Roof replacement. The job seemed adequate, but there were several problems with the performance. 1. They did not tell us when they would start the work. They just showed up one morning, climbed onto the roof and started working. A heads-up phone call ahead of time so we could move cars and objects from around the house would have been very helpful. 2. They smashed several large flowerpots on the patio during the course of the work. The homeowner was there and could have moved them if asked. 3. Clean up after the job was totally inadequate. The grass was left littered with nails, pieces of shingles, and other debris. 4. The front porch was covered with bits of drywall from the porch roof they had replaced. Rather than sweep it up, they continued to walk on it all day, grinding the chalky substance into the cement. The homeowner had to spend hours scrubbing away this mess. 5. Sticky black streaks of something like tar were dripped onto the siding of the house. They did not make any attempt to clean that up, leaving days' worth of work for the homeowner to do.

Placed call to get an estimate on repair of drywall over kitchen window which was damaged due to water from Hurricane Irene. No response was received.

The next day I called only to get voice mail recording indicating due to high call volumne will not be heard best way to contact me is via email. So I left a voicemail and sent another email ,still waiting on a response. Fortunately, he was not the only one I contacted. But I felt his immediate email response was missleading. All those great reviews. He should have been more forthright ...happy to help you out just not right away.

I received a total of 5 bids, matched apples to apples, and awarded the contract to Remodeling Concepts. Dave Martin (owner) was a pleasure to do business with. He and his crew were professional from start to finish. Dave supplied a written estimate the day after I requested a bid, along with samples of the relevant products used. His crew arrived when promised at 7:00 AM, completed the job and cleaned up all the debris by 6:30 PM that same day. Not bad when you consider the roof was 3,400 square feet. I would highly recommend Remodeling Concepts LLC for roof repair or replacement. The firm is truly AAAAAA++++!

They were very good. I really liked them. Their prices were great and the guy that came was great as well. He was very professional. I am considering to use them.

The owner Dave Martin and his crews were always pleseant to deal with and were promt with their service. The quote was on point and the work was fast, and I was kept up to speed from when the windows were ordered to when they came in and during the whole install process. They went above and beyond for service and did a better the expected job, my bay window looks great, the inside drywall looks like it was never touched, The roof on top of the bay window was made to look like the roof on the rest of my house, that is really old and probably not made anymore but it looks great.

This company knows what it is doing. They were professional, came when they said they would for both the estimate and the job itself. Their estimate was very detailed so that everyone understood what was covered. In the job itself, they were thorough and their work was excellent. They followed up after the job was done to get my feedback. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely hire them again.

I interviewed a few contractors before I selected Remodeling Concepts. Dave is very knowledgeable and addressed my concerns very well. He is always on time for appointments. I am a new home owner and I have many questions/concerns about replacing the roof. We met several times before I finally let him begin the work. Dave has been very patient throughout the process even when he's extremely busy. He explained all the details / options to me to make sure I am comfortable with things that's going to happen to my house. The work went on very well. His team is very professional and efficient. They stared very early in the morning and worked long hours to make sure they can finish before the next rain. There have been a few storms since. I checked the attic and found no leak at all. Good work! Price-wise, they were on the lower end of all the estimates I got. I would definitely use them again!

This company returned my original call within two hours. We made an estimate appointment for the next day and they arrived on-time. All work was fully explained as the work progressed. When they finished the work site was so clean that I could not tell that anyone had been there. I highly recommend this company.

Some shingles had blown off during a very strong wind, and we noticed a bump on the roof. We had used Kaler previously and trusted their work. Although they couldn't repair the roof immediately, they did put a patch on the next day. The estimate for a new roof was much les than expected, especially with the new 50-year shingles (no pro rata for the first 25) with transferable warranty, an important point as we were in the process of putting the house on the market. About a week later they put on the new roof in 2 days. The woirk was done quickly and professionally. We are confident that having this new roof was a significant factor in the quick of the house.

They had all the information I needed. They were prompt and professional.

The original quote was for $1,700 to repair step flashing on the side of one of my windows on the second floor, in addition they added installation and vinyl cover while helped to increase the appearance of the look of the window in additional to securing water proofing. Additionally the workers repaired locations around a lower window where leakage was coming into the house. Following these repairs the workers came indoors to repair the drywall both in the kitchen and upstairs where there was water damage. I spoke to the owner and he said that he would drop the price 30% if i wished to do my own sanding and painting which I felt confident in doing. After a week or two the owner followed up to see if I had any questions and gave me advice on how to seal the walls with primer before painting. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the punctually, professionalism and honestly of this company.

I called RC and they were VERY responsive and basically took care of the work as soon as possible. Price was fair, and I was happy with their service overall.

they showed up when they said at 8am and completed the job at 3pm and cleaned up everything after they were done. Everything went good. They did a very nice job.

It took a while to coordinate a quote and start date, but once work began it proceeded quickly. Workers were polite and efficient, and cleaned up well each day. We are very pleased with our new bathroom.

Dave showed up on time for the estimate and clearly explained the process and options to me. He was very professional and had great knowledge about roofing. His crew showed up to start the roof exactly on time when he said they would be there. They worked all day and finished the roof. They also did a good job at cleaning up and that was difficult considering it was very windy that day and old roofing materials were easily blown around. Dave came out to inspect the job the next business day. He did not like the way some of my downspouts were installed so he sent someone out the next day to re-run a couple of them at no additional charge and gutters/downspouts were not even part of his responsibility! That just showed me what a great professional he is. I would highly recommend him and his company!

They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They did a nice job. I was satisfied.

I was considering multiple projects for my home and had already received some estimates. Most companies either just did roofing, others just siding. A friend had used Remodeling Concepts and recommended them. I wound up using Remodeling Concepts for everything I wanted done. I felt very comfortable with Dave and he was very informative. I was able to see all the products to be used at their showroom on Rt. 611. The crews were on time, clean, and the work was A-1.
