Description of Work: We had them provide a bathroom remodel estimate. They came to the house and measured the bathroom, listened very carefully to what we envisioned for the remodel, and provided a fantastic set of 3D renderings and a detailed floor plan. They did a great job of bringing our ideas into the design and providing advice and other ideas. The 3D pictures are amazing - the look like photos of the new bathroom. We visited their showroom to discuss finishes and costs. Our only issue small was that they didn't have many option to show us and were not as much help in finding ways that we could reduce the cost as we would have liked. Overall, however, we would have been happy to have them do our remodel if the were a bit closer to us. Super professional and excellent design ideas.

Description of Work: Dave Martin provided an estimate and was very pleasant. No work was performed.

Description of Work: we oredered the big deal. 2 weeks later had to call them to schedule our first appointment. It was difficult becasue they only work duing business hours and prefer not schedule appointment before 9 am or after 5pm. we rearranged our schedule becasue both of us had to be there at our house for a 8 am on a monday morning. we had our project discussion while thier rep took measurements of our kitchen. 2 weeks later we had to call to schedule our follow up appointment which had to be at their showroom.we shceduled an apointment for 7pm. we could not justify taking some time off from our work to accomaodate them. we showed up at their showroom at 7pm they were gone for the day. we get an apology call the next where I requested my drawing and agreed to reschedule the meeting but this time at my house since they missed the meeting we went to. They agreed and asked to call me back with some available dates. I agreed. A week later I have not receieved any follow up. We did receive our plans by email and they were wrong. 2 wals were added to the kitchen whcih do not exist and we certainbly did not sak for those walls to be added. all this rendering the service and time we put in useless.

Description of Work: Removal of old roof and installation of new roof

Description of Work: During the summer of 2012, iI hired Dave to install new gutters. He was on time and performed the job within a few days and charged a fair price. When Hurricane Sandy hit, a huge tree was uprooted and slammed into my roof. I was desperate and didn't know who to call. I remembered Dave's work on the gutters and I took a chance on calling him although I was sure that he was busy with all of the houses damaged from the storm. However, he showed up within hours and even helped the tree removal.folks lay a tarp on the roof to cover the hole. His employees came out the following week and replaced the whole roof. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with his work and would definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: We called the provider to schedule a roof inspection / estimate. Receptionist asked peculiar questions like did we have a swimming pool, what the color of our house siding was, etc. I asked the purpose of the questions and she said she was looking at aerial photos of our house and wanted to verify what she was looking at. That's a new for me! I set a date to allow the inspection as I was told access to the back yard was necessary. I took off work to accommodate the inspection when they called and said they would like to reschedule! I informed that took off work and they said that was completely unnecessary! What? I said come whenever you want then! Several days later a sales folder with roof shingle photos was left at our front door with no further communication. Provider stopped communicating after initial contact. Subsequent contractor I recruited informed me we do NOT need a new roof, which is what the deal was for.

Description of Work: There was exchange of e-mails. Delay due to Hurricane Sandy. No follow through. Nothing adverse. I had asked before buying the deal if they could do kitchen drawing from house plans and was told they could. I think they are geared up to go to a kitchen to remodel. I don't want to cause them difficulties. It is just getting too long and too much hassle.

Description of Work: The previous report that this company was not licensed to perform work in NJ was erroneous. Remodeling Concepts is NOT an HVAC company and they have assured me that they do provide their services in NJ. We have not yet seen the design that they are proposing for our kitchen but will report our progress as we go forward.

Description of Work: Gutter adjustments

Description of Work: Roof inspection; replaced a rubber pieve around flute on roof (not sure if that's what it's called). Gave 3 recommendations. Arrived before time scheduled, took him less than 1/2 to inspect. Though it was understood coupon was priced for service listed (roof inspection), and though I'm glad I received a good report; however, felt $99 was an overprice for my end result.

Description of Work: The roofing company arrived for the scheduled roof maintenance appointment on July 3rd. He checked the roof for any problems. He stated that the roof appeared fine. However, he stated that we have a slate roof and the company does not deal with slate roofs. He was very informative in explaining the difference in how slate and regular roofing materials are applied. Since we did not use the roofing services, will we receive a refund?
