Description of Work: They surveyed a center city building to determine the exact property lines.

Description of Work: Provided a complete certified survey of my property and clearly marked all my boundary lines as well as additional stakes along long property lines. Service was excellent.

Description of Work: I received this request for a review by Angie's List; I would not have provided it without their request. Acre Engineering did an excellent job in the field, and even returned to confirm measurements a day later when apparently they noticed something slightly off when the numbers were entered to the computer, as such I give them high marks for professionalism and quality of work. Stakes and pins we placed to mark my property lines so got what I needed. My only complaint (and for me it's a big one) is that after asking for the promised documentation/certification with his seal three (3) times via email, I have received nothing, and it's been almost a year (!) so I'm not holding my breath. Normally I wouldn't have paid them until I received that paperwork as it is the only proof that I wold have that the job was done by a professionally certified engineer, but up until that point everything had been done professionally so when they asked for a check before leaving, I didn't think twice. So my advice to anyone would be to agree up front that some percentage of the payment will be withheld until receipt of final documentation for your permanent files.
