Jonathan was not available to survey the land I needed surveyed but he did provide me with valuable information on the process and some helpful references.

He called me back same day and was honest that he wouldn't be able to do the work for us due to his schedule. He was very helpful in giving me names and numbers of others to contact including our disctric survey office of philadelphia that I couldn't find on-line. He also gave me helpful advice.

Jonathan explained the process in detail during initial phone call and followed up with same via email. There were no surprises. Very professional and knowledgeable

Overall, great. There was issues with responsiveness and timeliness of the communicated timeline set by ACRE. I was flexible so not an issue, but if there is a time crunch, there may be a problem hiring them.

Jonathan Tabas was very friendly and informative. He responded to my questions quickly, both via email and phone. He accommodated my scheduling needs, ensuring the survey was completed in time for a fence installation that was a few days later. He was very informative and explained my boundaries in detail, and even offered advice on how to handle a boundary issue with one of my neighbors where their fence encroached on my property.

Jonathan Tabsa was very straight forward to work with. He provided a list of survey options with pricing. Realistically projected the timing of completion and walked us around the property when completed and answered our questions.

Jonathan answered my call in a timely fashion. He stated he would come within 3-4 weeks which he did. He called to let me know the day and time he was coming to survey the property. I was also told that he went to the township to acquire all the information on the property so that he can conduct his research perfectly. Once he was done the surveying, he walked the whole property with me showing me where all the permanent stakes he posted are located on my property. Within a week or so, he sent me a Survey Report with a Plot Plan of the property showing the measurements of the property and the location of the makers. Jonathan was very nice to talk to. He addressed all my questions and concerns. He was very professional. He also honored an Angie?s List Coupon. I was very impressed and have highly recommended him to others.

Very well, it was a painless transaction. Show up on time and knocked the survey out in one day. Came back that Saturday and walked the property line with me and explained what was going on. After the walk, we went over all the documents in detail. Very friendly and professional!

Jon was very professional and pretty fast acting in getting this survey done. Was moved into a flood plain by FEMA randomly and hired Jon to survey my elevation and also to get the official amendment from FEMA to remove my home from flood plain, along with remove my home from the list of my mortgage lender to require insanely expensive flood insurance. Jon did every single thing needed start to finish and I now have the amendment.

Jon was unable to accommodate me for 1-2 months, but since he knew i was in a hurry, he provided me with telephone numbers for two other land surveying companies. he also educated me about surveying quirks in the city of Philadelphia. Very professional. Very helpful.

John was the consumate professional throughout the process. His price for services was very competitive. He was very accommodating with my fence company in terms of meeting their needs to get the survey done . John walked me through the entire evaluation of the property when he finished and answered all of my questions i had about permits, codes, utilities, deadlines,.........He even came back later in the week to add PVC to one of the corners to help the fence contractors identify the most difficult corner of our property. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of land surveying, structural design and or consultation.

After a bit of back and forth about scheduling, Jonathan completed the survey at the time we agreed. As this is a property that we are purchasing, we also agreed on a time for me to meet him at the property to review the work. He walked me through the entire property, explaining each marker and pointing out potential concerns with the placement of neighbors fences and some of the landscaping. He answered all my questions and was available by phone and email for follow-up. The plot plan was completed about a month later, but still well ahead of our taking ownership of the property.

Since the steel markers were already in place and he was not there long, I think he should have taken $ off the bill. Disappointed he didn’t offer. I even asked!

He asked for my address to assist him in creating me a quote for the survey. Jonathan then called me to give a quote for the survey and provided a thorough explanation of what services were included in the cost. Jonathan appeared extremely knowledgeable and experienced in surveying. The only reason we did not work with his team was purely due to price.

Survey was completed as stated and Jonathan seemed to be very thorough in his records research for the property. He was extremely easy to contact and was flexible with the scheduling and completing of the survey. There was some delay for the completion, but due to our time frame not being urgent, it did not matter to us. I'm sure if we had needed more urgent completion that it would have been handled as such.

We are very satisfied with the job Jonathan did for us. We have a large tree between our property and our neighbor's. Its ownership was unclear because none of us knew where the property line was. So we decided to get a boundary survey done to get the answer (plus, it would help with our future land/hardscaping plan as well). We contacted a couple of land surveyors to obtain estimates and understand what to expect, and Jonathan was an easy choice. He was very prompt to respond to our estimate request and thoroughly, clearly explained what the process would involve. Due to a series of spring rains, the survey was delayed, but when he was finally able to come out, he placed missing metal pins and additional stakes to clearly identify the property lines. He came back on the same day of the job, after we got home from work, to walk us through the lot. During the walk-through he answered all our questions clearly (he also called our attention to some of the problematic weeds in our lot which we should take care of). After the walk-through, he gave us three copies of the certified property map. Very clear, thorough, and professional. He's definitely our go-to guy if we need property survey service in the future.

Very well. Johnathan responded to my e-mail promptly. We spoke on the phone and agreed he would do the survey in about two weeks. He sent a confirmation e-mail with the cost for doing a boundary survey. The survey was completed a week later and we had a follow Up visit a few days later to go over our properties bounderies and what they mean.

Jonathan was extremely professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. He thoroughly explained the process, spent a significant amount of time surveying our lot, walked us through the yard after the job was complete, identified the boundaries, and marked up our plot plan to show where he had place markers. I would definitely use him again should I require the services of a surveyor.
