Terminix - Lancaster -Termite & Pest Control

Description of Work: Termite control. My property is surrounded by woods which means termites on all sides. The control chemical provided 100% control and the annual inspections have not shown any activity. The Annual Contract calls for Terminix to reapply if necessary. No additional cost for reapplying.

Description of Work: Routine spraying inside and out. We do this on a quarterly basis.

Description of Work: I've used terminix for at least 28 years. They are timely, professional, will come back in between for any problems/solutions, work with you and explain any questions, will offer other plans from once a year to monthly and anything in between. I just had a regular monthly service and they came back for the 124 dollar service to rid my entire yard with a non chemical treatment for mosquitoes!

Description of Work: We had an ant problem from all the rain. Never had ants before. But, Terminix came out sprayed inside and outside twice and have not seen an ant since. Thanks Terminix.

Description of Work: Free Estimate - The inspector spent roughly 45 minutes on property, crawled through a 3 ft crawlspace and inspected EVERY area of the home possible at no charge. The technician came out and sprayed chemical all around the exterior of the home and all the baseboards in every room of the house. We have not seen pests since the day they were here. We signed up for a quarterly service whereby they will come out every 3 months and spray their pesticide solution along the exterior foundation, with no inconvenience to us as we are not required to be home at the time as they do not need to get inside.Former pest control company required us to be home every month and they called the day before they planned to come giving us less than 24 hours notice in most cases forcing us to either cancel appointments or miss the treatment for that month. Not once during the service duration were we pest free. I am very pleased with Terminix thus far and would recommend them to anyone in their service area.
