Description of Work: Checked on condition of A/C unit. Gave estimate to raise condenser unit if needed. Also sent estimate for replacement costs for new A/C system. The technician was attentive to my questions and discussed the various options the company could provide.

+ -1 moreWe had received an estimate from this company in Dec of 2011 and finally decided on March 16, 2012 to have the work done. We called Steve, the owner and was told they would still honor the price, unlike other companies we had received estimates from who would only honor the price for 30 days. We were told sign the estimate, fax it back to the company and the unit would be installed on March 23. The companys crew showed up at 8:30 am and was finished by 4:30. No complications, no changing the price, and the job was done right the first time.
Description of Work: We needed a new central air conditioner for our home and called several suppliers listed on angies list. Of all the estimates that were given to us, the most professional was done by this company and its owner Steve. They did a great job, was very respectful of our home and completed the job in one day. We had approximately 5 men installing the unit, working outside and inside in our furnace room. We would totally recommend this company to anyone and would use them again.

+ -1 moreI got them from Angie’s list and they were awesome. They replaced the heater in 1 day. They were professional and they gave me their good. They were little expensive but the heating unit that I got was highly energy efficient unit. They gave me a discount and there were some rebates which made it more reasonable. The president of the company was the one who came out and looked at our system, gave me a full write up on what was the best system for my house. They did a great job and I would use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreHe put on shoe covers, went downstairs, estimated problem, tried to find a solution, and offered to have the problem fixed the next morning.
Description of Work: The owner, Steve, came out to my house to see what the problem was with my water heater and give me an estimate. While we did not end up using his company, he was very prompt and polite and honest. He even tried to get me a replacement water heater where I would only have to pay for labor because it was still under warranty, when the company that actually installed it told me I would have to purchase a new one. They are a bit pricey, but very eager to help and courteous.

+ -1 moreI have them come out and service the unit twice a year. They are excellent. They are efficient, neat and they don't make a mess. They are here right now servicing the unit. They come in the summer and the winter to service. You can pick different plans but I get both done. Their prices are competitive.

+ -1 moreThe technicians arrived on time on the scheduled day. They were very professional and friendly. They were extremely clean and followed agreed upon contract to the letter. They even wore slippers when they entered the basement from their outside work. All the old equipment was removed and they cleaned the basement thoroughly before they left the job. All of the installed equipment was checked and rechecked before they left the job...
Description of Work: A new gas furnace and gas hot water heater were installed. The old oil furnace and electric hot water heater were removed. A new digital thermostat was installed.

They lived up to the quote they gave me and there were no surprises. They were very responsible and personable and cleaned up after each day. The owner followed up a few times to check up on the progress and make sure I didn’t have any questions, and then personally came out to make sure I understood how everything worked.

Description of Work: RSC recently completed installing a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump in a new 4 season room. As with my prior installation, everything was completed perfectly. Steve, the owner, I believe recommended the best possible system and Chuck and Jeremy performed a perfect installation. What I really like about RSC is they perform the work on your home just like they are working on their own. If you are in need of any heating or cooling work, you owe it to yourself to give RSC a call.

Description of Work: I had a a complete Carrier Infinity furnace and air conditioning installed in November 2004. RSC also installed additional ductwork for an addition that was being built. RSC did a great job on the installation and we are very, very pleased with the performance of the system. Their technicians are neat and professional. Steve Beiler, owner, took the time to learn what type of system we wanted, the time to size it correctly and explain the operation of the system after installation. I also use RSC for yearly maintenance. I can give a 100% recommendation to RSC Heating and Air Conditioning.
