They are friendly, yet jump right in and get down to business. I have them come in every other week and so far have cleaned my house 3 times. They do a great job, but I did find a small thing they had missed. Overall we are very pleased with their work and will definitely continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.
