The team of 3 (Kerri, leader; Mariel and Karina) do a fine job of keeping our home clean and â ready for companyâ . They are reliable (show up as expected), flexible (if we have to adjust schedule), and trustworthy. We hired after moving in to new home (almost 3 years ago). No regrets!

I am so happy I found Pay It Forward. I had been using another cleaning company for years, and I was not happy. Kerri, Marisel, and Karina have cleaned for me twice now, and they have done a very thorough job. The customer service has been great, and the price is very competitive. Very satisfied!

I have been using PF cleaning for about 3 years. Kerri, Marisel and Karina come every two weeks to clean my condo and they are wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about them and the job that they do. Each focuses on a specific areas; Kerri and Mariel focus on my kitchen, half bath, and floors, and Karina my full bath and upstairs. My home sparkles and smells wonderful. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

Kerri and her team are absolutely phenomenal. I have been trying to keep up with cleaning since I moved into my house 3 years ago and within hours, Kerri made my house beautiful, far exceeding my expectations.. There were areas that I thought were incapable of looking clean and my jaw dropped when I saw that they truly looked brand new. Not only only are they very hard workers and clearly have great industry knowledge, but Kerri and her team are kind people who I trust in my house (and with my dogs) when I'm at work. I was referred to them and would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for amazing service. Thank you Kerri!

Yes, I was recently asked to review our experience with Pay it Forward Cleaning Services; I think Steve is making a push to appropriately highlight and promote the great work the team does. I have absolutely no reservations in supporting him and his team. We started with Pay it Forward Cleaning Services during COVID and have been working with them for a couple years now. They are highly reliable, communicative and efficient. They get in, get the job done well, and move on to their next job. At a time when companies are experiencing a lot of turnover, I'm impressed that the team has stayed relatively consistent. This makes a big difference! The forewoman of the team, Kerri, has been particularly great.

We've been using PIF on a bi-weekly basis for over a year. Carrie, Marisel, and Sandy do an incredible job of keeping our house clean and giving us one less thing to worry about. Carrie is great at communicating when we have a special request or need to switch something up. An added bonus is they are so sweet to our (frequently shedding) dog. In addition to the routine cleanings, they'll do a deep dive upon request to really make the house shine (fridge/oven/etc). They really go the extra mile!

I've been using PIF since before the pandemic, and have never had a complaint. It's good value, they're friendly, and they're good with my kid which is important. Kerri, Sandy, and Marisel are the current crew, and in the past also worked with Josh, Sean, Jamie, Steve, and a few others (let's see, Jasmine, Lydia, Adam...). Steve is actually the owner, and I was impressed that he came out to do the work himself when he was short handed. Anyway, I can unhesitatingly recommend these people.
