Description of Work: Unit is under 10 year warranty. There was no charge. We have an annual plan that covers all repairs. The company is the only one that services our HVAC.

Description of Work: My Furance would not stay lit. Instead of calling the service provider on the sticker on the furnace, I checked Angies List. The one on the sticker was not rated as high as Rohrers so I went with Rohrers. The Tech found a sensor which needed a bit of cleaning. I opted to have other things done as I had just moved in and the furnace was largely dormant for two years. Explained each procedure and didn't seem to mind that I kept very close company witth him for the duration of the visit.
