Joe Moore clearly explained what had happened with the water fill-level boiler tube. Joe Moore reassured me that this condition was not related to the hot water tank. Joe indicated the hot water tank was functioning as supposed to be. And he checked that my faucet hot water was operating as supposed to be. I'm extremely happy I signed up for the annual maintenance agreement and was able to get an immediate after-hours service call check. Also, I want to mention the professional way, office staff Gail, handled my call for service.
