Description of Work: Inspection of two furnaces. Guy was knowledgeable and informed me I needed a new capacitor. They tried to charge me $220 for a replacement though. I went online and got the replacement part myself for $12 including shipping. The technician tried to outside me into buying his $220 part but other than that, great service.

Description of Work: They were very prompt in arriving. Liked how he used booties so he wouldn't track thru my house. Cleaned my furnace and informed me I needed a new filter. He didn't have my size with him or else he would have changed it then. I hired them for my yearly service provider.

Description of Work: They performed a maintenance check of a 20 year old forced air natural gas furnace. I am a new home owner and did not know the yearly maintenance requirements for my furnace. They walked me through the process and provided future yearly maintenance tips and advice. They were able to troubleshoot minor issues and clean interior parts. The provided very good recommendations to a novice. A++ service.
