Great 👍. Nathan was very professional from the greeting at the door to the end of his visit. He let me know what was happening to my outside unit and what to expect for the budget to have a solution for the coming months. Would hire this service when budget gets better.

He changed filters and make sure everything's okay. I have a contract, I think the cost is included in my annual fee. I do like that company.

It was under contract and that's part of the contract. They're very good.

They're good, but I think they're expensive. We have a thing where we pay so much a month and then they come and check everything. It's a warranty kind of thing. It's $20-some a month. It's like $23 or $24. They're really, work-wise and everything, good. Price, I think they're very high. Their prices are unbelievable. Honest to God, they're unbelievably high. They're good when they come, but they're very expensive. I think that's why people call them, because they're desperate. Seriously. We used to have somebody else, but he doesn't do it anymore. They were good, but we were forced to get somebody else and we called a bunch of people. My husband picked One Hour. They came, they did, everything was good, the price was ridiculous. But, in winter, you lose your heat, and that's everything. Price was very high. Yes, I would use them again in the future.

The technician showed up a few minutes earlier than the ETA and got right to work. It took a little while to find a usable part and install it, but the job was completed and my furnace was operational.

Very well, Nathan was excellent, and very respectful and kind. We are always pleased with this company, and their quality of service, technicians.

Service personnel could find nothing wrong with the unit, but thought there was a problem with the connection between the unit and the venting. He thought it was leaking air. He suggested I repair the venting connection for a cost of $500 not covered by the contract. I got a second opinion and was told that work did not need to be done.

they replaced the capacitor, but overcharged me for it, how do they justify charging me $189.00 for it, service call was dropped because I bought the contract, really.

I work in industry as an industrial electrician and I do have basic trouble shooting skill and needed another set of eyes to look at my heat pump problem not starting. Which ended costing me 99 dollars for the service call to have him look at the unit which I knew no matter where I went with it would be about that. The service tech was not pushy trying to sell me the protection plan and offered some advise on how it would save me 15%. What ended up failing was the circuit board. One Hour wanted to charge me 950.00 to replace this and well if I had the service plan it would of cost me 800.00 dollars. So I told him thank you for time and he went on his way. I took out the circuit board took me 5 minutes bench tested the board and it was failed. I went on amazon and found a brand new board for 90.00 dollars and it was prime so I had it in two days, well usps lost it and came 2 days late. New board was installed in 10 minutes. Answer me this One Hour , How can you charge a person 900.00 for 10 minutes of labor and for a 90 dollar part. I could of got it for 65 but went with amazon prime instead. This part was not used and was new out of the box ?

Getting an appointment is a struggle. Their call center is a pain in the butt, before they talk to you they ask all these questions that seem irrelevant. Then they don't have the ability to think on their own, even replacing a small pipe that takes them 10 minutes cost an arm and a leg, they go by a book to tell them the price for a job.

Heat pump was making an awful noise, and they came out quickly to find the problem. Repair assessment was expensive ($2000 for a new compressor), but that was the exact same conclusion by another party, so I have no complaints at all. Technician was knowledgeable and worked quickly.

Excellent! Our service person was very polite and informative. He taught me a few things about my equipment. He showed me some options for improving it, with installing a better filter. He was not pushy with this information though. I was impressed with how thorough he was. Excellent company. Will absolutely use them again. We purchased a maintenance plan for our house and a maintenance/repair plan for our rental unit.

We were seeking more temperature control for our master bedroom suite and requested an evaluation with the expectation that a ductless system would be the best option. Bryan Meyers responded promptly. In addition to a ductless system, Bryan thought a zone system using our existing equipment would be an option and had an installation supervisor (Matt) stop by to confirm that. Both options were almost the same in terms of cost. We choose the zone option because it used our existing equipment which we recently updated, and would not involve any additional exterior modifications or equipment. It was installed in one day by Seth and Mitchell. Matt was frequently onsite as well. The results have been excellent and exceed our expectations. It is just like having a separate system. This service was your standard furnace tune-up and inspection. Our regular service provider (that we had been using for almost 10 years with an annual service contract) could not fit us in the schedule for the winter service call until 12/24! That was not acceptable. So, we checked Angie's list to find someone else to perform the same service. The technician was punctual, a good communicator, and left the room neat and clean. We will use One Hour Heating/Rohrers again. We just can't decide if we want another annual agreement or not.

It went fine. It helped temporarily. I ended up needing to get an entirely new air conditioning system. They showed up on time, gave me an honest opinion on the situation and arrived at a price for future repairs. The workers were very professional and on time.

I was not at home when the tech arrived by my girlfriend was. From what she told me the tech was professional and completed the inspection and cleaning. Upon doing so he explained what he did and did not notice any problems or issues as I had wanted her to confirm with him as he had a prior gas leak issue. Overall I'd use them again and she was pleased with the service and the fact everything was done electronically on a tablet. I even received an invoice PDF which also explained what was done and things the tech noted.

I have used this company many times in the past. I went through Angie's List because of the price but was told when the service man was here that they were not going to offer that price more than once to a resident at the same address. So, the only way I can get service now is to sign up for a contract for much more $$.

Preston's from One Hour came to give me a bid on a Friday and they were ready to do the Heat Pump installation on Monday! Very, very fast and professional service. The installation team were professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. I will use this company again and highly recommend them!

The person representing the company came out and did the service on the heating and said everything was in order. The blower to the furnace has stopped working, and I am asking for them to come out and tell us what is wrong, without charging a $119. fee.
