The plumber was very helpful and informative.

I called a couple of different plumbers and Neffsville answered right away and came over right away. They fixed it right away at an extremely reasonable cost. They were fabulous. They figured out a trap thing was broken, but their estimate was higher than another companies'. However, they are the ones who diagnosed it properly.

The do good work, but they have very high prices. I have a service contract with them, but it always seems like when your air conditioner breaks, it is on the hottest night in July, or August, and every single time they have come out within a reasonable time to fix the problem if it is fixable. You pay for that. Great service but high price. He charged me $300 for freon, and he told me that there was probably a leak, and they would be back after a week to check that.

Came out and repaired a broken pipe when the temperatures were below 0. Timely manner and they also did not charge an arm and a leg. Would use again.

He did the job fine. My wife and I were at work and my daughter was home. She called us and told us the bill was $560.00 to unclog the sink drain. He was there probably half an hour and all he did was run a snake down the line. I was p***** and called him and he said my daughter approved it even though my wife specifically told him to call her first. He did reduce the bill to $330 which still think is high. Definitely won't use them again.

They came an 1 1/2 hour after I called, went underneath the house for an estimate and finished the job in one day. They had installed water softner system for prior owner and he reset the timing on it for me with out me asking. I was very pleased with the service.

One of the prime reasons I choose this company was due to the fact that the person who gave the quote was also an installer. He was passionate about what he does and clearly took pride in his work. Both men that came out for quotes were very interested in my understanding of the process and making sure that I got the best system for my situation taking into consideration both my budget and environmental concerns. In addition they pointed out that my gas line to fireplace was not grounded and made sure that safety concern was addressed. The company kept me informed if a schedule needed to change and the work went off without a hitch through a week of snow storms and polar vortex weather. The work was tidy and took great care in making sure nothing was damaged. They did what they said and said what they did. They took the time to teach me about the wireless thermostats and programed them for me. In the future they will bring the salt for the water softener and even fill the tank for me if I like when they come for the annual check up. Another bonus is that the gentleman that did the quotes and the installation, Jay, is planning to be the one who comes each year to check. I looked at five different companies before deciding on Neffsville and feel as though I found a company I can trust and rely on for years to come.

The plumbers were efficient and very cordial taking time to fully explain the problems that they discovered and making recommendations as to solutions to these problems.

They come when you call. They make time when you have an emergency. They provide consistent work. We’ve never had to have them come back out on the same problem. Their prices are about average.

Neffsville came out and replaced an old heat pump and air handler, along with a new filter and UV light. ?Our service tech Shannon was very professional and did a great job along with the rest of the crew which finished everything in one day. ?Very good customer service and professionalism. ?I would use again and recommend..

We had a problem with our one toilet running and just needed adjusted. Neffsville came and gave us an estimate that was "totally out of sight" for the repair. I called our original plumber as we are in a fairly new house and told him the problem and how much they wanted and he said it would take him no more than 15 min and 1 small part as Neffsville told us it take an hour and wanted about $350 So that confirmed to me that they were doing above and beyond than what was needed. Thank you.

then tested for water hardness and found it to be high which one would assume since the system had been turned off. meanwhile, some very brown water was coming from the kitchen faucet which he said was because the resin in the tank had dissolved and that it would cost almost as much to repack the resin as it would to get a new system with a brine tank. a new head, and a new resin tank,he left an estimate of between $1800 and $3000 depending on which system we would want, after he left, the water cleared up and the system re-generated. works fine now. so i guess that was worth the $58 we spent to have him come out. However, when i checked prices on the systems he recommended, I found that the estimate was about $800 higher than if I purchased the unit myself and had a licensed plumber install it. that was not an option that he presented nor did we ask that question when he gave the estimate. also, if we had needed more resin, the cost of material was only about $100.

The estimate came in nearly double of the competitors. We had three other estimates all together.

We've used them for years. They are very prompt. They are there when they said they will be. I am overall satisfied with them.

We've used them in the past and we have no problems with them at all. Their price was reasonable. They showed up on time that works for me and I'm happy with it. If they said that they were gonna be late, that works for me also.

Their punctuality was very poor. Their quality was very good and the price was very high. It was stupid for my part, I did not shop around for price because it was an emergency. I realized that I had paid too much. I would not use them again because of the price.

Called to schedule appointment to install gas line to the laundry room. Very helpful and pleasant customer service. Appointment was scheduled for the day I wanted. Jay arrived on time, quickly assessed the installation needs and gave me a quote before he began any work. After approving the quote he got right to work. He installed the new gas line from the basement to the 1st floor laundry room, installed the dryer to the gas line, leak tested the line and fittings, and installed a new dryer vent from the dryer to the outside wall. At my request he also evaluated my 15 year old hot water heater and provided multiple recommendations and quotes on replacement costs. Very responsive and helpful. Follow up phone call by customer service was received to ensure all went well.

On a previous visit I was provided with a quote for replacement of my 15 year old gas hot water heater. I called service tech (Jay) directly, since he provided the quote, and scheduled installation for the date I wanted. Old water heater began leaking the morning of replacement so couldn't have timed that any better. Old water heater drain valve was so clogged it had to be drilled open to drain the water before removal. Expansion tank had a busted bladder and was saturated. After removing the old water heater, the new, much more efficient, 40 gallon gas hot water heater with expansion tank and drain pan was installed. Very difficult and time consuming job but it was done well and with a smile. Very happy with new hot water heater and with the service.

We called Neffsville because our air conditioning system froze and quit working several days before. They answered the phone right away, took our information and told us they would have someone there that day. This is a busy part of the season and the temperature was in the 80's so we were surprised someone could come so soon. I received a call a few hours later from the company that their tech was on his way and he showed up shortly thereafter. He was very professional, put on shoe covers, and went right to work. He explained every thing he did every step of the way and diagnosed multiple problems within a short time. We are only two weeks from selling this home so we were greatly concerned we might have to replace the entire system, and he assured us he thought we could avoid that. He added Freon, replaced the filter for us, replaced a part and fixed a problem with wiring that a previous company had done wrong on a previous repair. Within a relatively short period of time the air conditioner was up and running better than ever and we are eternally grateful. The entire bill, including the diagnostics, filter, parts and repair was only $216.00-an amazing deal! We would never use anyone else and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our furnace is only three years old, but it needed repair. We went to 4 different people and no one was able to fix it. Finally we found this company that was able to solve our problem. The gentleman that came out to perform the job was thorough and knew what he was doing. I was impressed that he didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. We set up a contract with them to come out next fall to perform routine maintenance.

I had a small back-up into my basement drain when running several loads of laundry consecutively. Made an appt and asked about line video and drain clean, as well as estimates for new water heater and basement sink replacement (non-essential projects that we have been considering). Tech was courteous, looked at the issues, and drew out estimates for each project. While the estimates seemed a little high my outflow drain obviously needed to be at least snaked. Since that particular estimate did seem the most reasonable of the lot, I consented to the video and snake. Video showed some tree roots, which I expected, but the line didn't look too bad and they were able to run the snake without too much trouble, except that they couldn't get it to go all the way to the street's main line. Video again, with some difficulty, and the 'uh-oh's' begin. While they were able to clear enough of the pipe to allow flow, they couldn't get past a significant rootball. The re-video image was unclear, and the tech surmised that this lack of sight was due to the line being bowed and/or otherwise compromised, which necessitated a complete replacement. I asked for an estimate of the work, which came to almost 7,000$, not including replacing the sidewalk that they would have to dig out, but did include removal of the offending tree. Interestingly, at the bottom of this estimate was a reference to use of a high-pressure snake to clear the roots, though they couldn't guarantee its effectiveness and it would itself cost almost a thousand dollars on top of what I just spent. I was left wondering why they didn't just offer to use the high pressure snake in the first place (instead of charging me for a regular snake first--there were obviously roots involved). Anyway, I arranged for a couple of second opinions, and called the city to buy myself some time (since I happened to know the tree could not be removed without the city's consent). In the meantime, another Neffsville rep showed up for my free home inspection, which is part of the service agreement I agreed to, as it reduced my price on the snake. This tech proceeded to go over every plumbing installation and make various recommendations, which was fairly thorough and was for projects which I would normally have considered having done. Except I was having some doubts in that he kept contradicting the previous tech on several points (i.e. no, it isn't required to put in a chimney liner when replacing my water heater; the first tech said that it was, which is why it would cost an extra thousand dollars; No, I couldn't have sediment build up in my pipes because they are obviously new copper piping, which they are..). What convinced me that I wouldn't use their services any longer was the approach to our water pressure problem. We have low flow on some fixtures, which is annoying but not unbearable. The tech had a different explanation for this issue at every fixture we arrived at, which is not altogether unreasonable, as water pressure is a tricky thing. But my confidence was broken when, upon testing the shower, he was convinced that the pressure problem was localized there, in a faulty brass balancer. He bargained that he could fix the issue straight away; it should be an easy fix and if he couldn't do it he certainly wouldn't charge me anything. I looked at the piece, which seemed straightforward to remove, and agreed. He then proceeded to chip away at this brass fitting with what was obviously the wrong tool, sending filings and chips all over my shower, gaining no headway. I even suggested that there should be a proper tool for the odd-sized piece, but he insisted that there wasn't. After about twenty minutes I told him to stop. The piece is now damaged beyond repair and will now take a complete removal of the plumbing fixture, including tearing into the wall. Since that last visit, I've had the second opinions on the sewer line, including a proper video. The tech was able to clearly view entire line and the video confirmed the pipe's integrity and showed no issues other than the roots. The line was easily cleared and given a clean bill of health, utilizing a high-pressure sprayer, for which this company charged half as much as what Neffsville estimated. To Neffsville's credit, they did make a standard follow-up call to ask how the service was. I informed them of some of my concerns as listed above and indicated that I wouldn't be using their service again. They called back again about an hour later, indicating that if their tech had done any damage that they would send another tech over again to review and rectify, but I just don't have confidence in them any longer and so declined. Furthermore, on the same day as their f/u call, their written estimates arrived in the mail for the projects that were discussed in the inspection. The estimates are just unreasonably high for the amount of work needed, and really motivates me to recommend others for this type of work.

We were having our outside faucet leaking. The problem revolved around a valve in the basement that needed to be replaced. We contacted Neffsville who came out within 1.5 hours. A proposal was made and agreed upon. The repair was made.
