Description of Work: Removed old gas furnace &A/C and installed a new one (Amercan Standard product). I wasn't sure because we use to have an other company very good one for a/c & heating ... But we were interested in American standard product. So far so good ... Like the product and Neffsville did a great installment .The team was very professional .

Description of Work: The service provider installed three new lavatory faucets, replaced the under sink shut off valves and removed an old non-functioning water softener system. The work was done professionally. The service team was courteous and left each work area neat and clean.

Description of Work: Neffsville P&H replaced my high-velocity air conditioning system and added 3 new ducts. The crew was very careful and attentive. They wore protective overshoes, laid down plenty of tarp and carefully removed the old system and replaced it with the new one. Work took place in the amount of time estimated and price was as estimated.

Description of Work: I had a frozen pipe. The insullation covering it had been pulled away. He thawed out the pipe and fixed the insulation. He was professional and compleded the work in a minimum ammount of time.

Description of Work: We had sewage backing up in our basement tub. Emergency call to Neffsville brought a technician to our house within an hour. He quickly ruled out small problems and ended up having to clear the septic line between the house and the road. The Technician was very patient with my very curious and talkative toddlers! My husband thought the price was high, though.

Dear Member, Good to hear we got you back in business in short order.Main line blockages are big trouble and a real pain when the entire family is involved .I do agree with your husband though,emergency service work is expensive when compared to planned and scheduled repairs .Main sewer lines seldom give warning there is a problem until they clog completely ,our staff understands these type of situations require the highest priority.Hopefully you were able to view the camera images of your sewer line from the inside. Description of Work: we paid for a service contract for three years at about $90 per year. the contract was supposed to get us a yearly review of our plumbing, Heating and AC units and discounts on needed services. we understood it to be a basic review to see if everthing was OK. the annual reviews were nothing more than a chance for them to get access to our house and promote overpriced and excessive "needs". i told the service man that i had a toilet that recently began to take too long to flush and i wondered if it needed a new flapper valve. he told me that i needed a new flapper valve and an entire flushing mechanism because the company POLICY was to replace the entire unit vs.just a flapper valve. when i asked him to explain that, he said only that it was the company policy. his estimate - $160.00 and he strongly suggested we do it for all three of our toilets "just to be on the safe side" for a total of $480.00. over about an hour visit,he went on to suggest a variety of services from soft water treatments, AC vent cleaning and i don't remember what all - total came to over $4,400.00!!! i replaced my flapper valve for about $5.95 and had no other problems. i have not had them back and felt my initial 270.00 was a waste

Dear Member, We welcome feedback and I wish to respond to some of your concerns.Firstly, we are a service company and take our job very seriously.We did over the years create certain Policies to reduce Call-Backs and create value.Since we handle over 6,000 service calls per year,our hope is that our Customers will trust us and realize we are trying to do the right thing.Modern toilets have mostly plastic components that wear out.A rebuild is usually the only prudent repair we can guarantee for a year. I can only state the recommendations you received were to benefit you and allow us to do what we do for a living(at a reduced rate).The Customer Care program you referred to is of enormous value to our lifetime customers.There are no service call fees and never overtime or holiday charges. We do not do Duct Cleaning so my guess was the tech felt you would benefit by it and gave you a Ballpark price for what you might expect to pay for a Company that does do that work. Water Softeners pay for themselves over their serviceable lifetime and most folks that live in these parts would NEVER be without one in their home,myself included. We can only make suggestions and PROMISE to be at the ready when you need us in an emergency situation 24/7/365.Most customers appreciate the advise and will budget for some things that are not urgent in nature.
