Your appointment on July 22, 2014, was scheduled for an arrival window of 1pm-4pm. According to our records, the plumber was on site at 1:38pm to examine a clogged toilet. After arriving and introduction, he got to work on inspecting the clog. It is our policy to present the price of any work to be done to our customers beforehand so that they know exactly how much the job will be. We do this to ensure that all parties are on the same page about the work to be done and the cost before beginning. If this was not the case in your situation, please let us know and we will address it. The total of your bill was $223. As I mentioned, this price is made up of several factors including the guaranteed time slot, professional plumbers dressed in uniform with fully stocked trucks, premier customer service, and of course accomplishing the work needed. In this case, the plumber was on time, in uniform, had the correct tools for the job, and was able to remedy the clogged toilet in short order as requested. We strive to achieve the highest levels of customer service from the start to finish of every job. I am sorry that you feel that we did not demonstrate this to you.
