Description of Work: Received Angie Special of Hot water heater flush and plumbing inspection walkthrough. Service person performed the hot water heater flush and pointed out the condition of other plumbing connections throughout the house. I had no real concerns so the special was an ideal price for my needs.

Description of Work: Fixed a leak in bathroom toilet, discovered crack in said toilet, I ran out and bought one while they fixed upstairs bathtub drain issue. they installed the toilet I purchased and it all worked like a charm. Service guy was awesome!

Description of Work: Plumber was on time. Service was adequate, not over the top. But the pricing schedule is crazy. I suppose all plumbing companies with a franchise may have similar fees, but I'd advise anyone to get a smaller local plumber.

Description of Work: They added a pressure reducer to the water line and drained the system to clear the water hammer problem. Problem was still there when done but the tech said that they would need to cur into the wall and ceiling to tighten the pipes at an additional cost and they do not do or cover the wall repair. This would be an additional service call and cost.
