Description of Work: I called and left a message on the voice mail that I wanted to speak with someone in reference to having a tree stump removed. When my call was not returned I called again on 11/12/14 and spoke with a receptionist. I explained that I wanted to get an estimate on having a tree stump removed. She stated that she would have someone review the job and they wold leave a written estimate in my door. I never received an estimate or a call to explain why. I they did not want the job just say so.

Description of Work: Took a damaged tree down for us. Called several other contractors on the neighborhood but they were not interested. Elmer didn't take advantage of my desperation. Greatly appreciated!

Description of Work: We readily agreed to give Kingkiner access to our backyard to help next door neighbor take down a very large willow. It was cut down artfully with no damage to our yard and plantings. Howeer the company delayed 2 and 1/2 weeks removing the huge pieces from our yard (diameters of 2 feet). Several unhappy phone calls finally got results for us. These same pieces were moved to tree owners yard and are still there 4 weeks later.
