We needed landscape remediation as water was building up in the front side of our house (during heavy rain) and wanted a new flower bed as well. I contacted them and they got back to me right away. Pierce came out to take a look and after talking to him, I was confident he had the expertise to do the work. To no surprise, he and his crew did a fantastic job. I defaulted to his opinion about what plants would look great in the flower bed. My only request was a small Japanese maple. The communication was great from start to finish. Throughout the process we have been struck by the craftsmanship, attention to detail, excellent level of communication and clear desire to make us happy (“we just want to see you smile”) that we have experienced. The design process was easy – our designer asked pertinent questions that helped us hone our visions and thoughts into reality. We felt seen and heard, in terms of defining our wants, needs, finances, etc. Demolition was extremely fast, and the teams made sure to keep the house as clean as possible throughout the entire process. "This is our 2nd time in a couple years we chose Plymouth Nursery and Landscaping for our contractor. They did our porch and walkway a couple years back and we were so impressed with the workmanship and the outcome of that project that when we decided to do our back patio I never considered another contractor. I called John and he came by to estimate the job and added a few ideas. His estimate came inline to what I expected. He worked with us throughout the project. These guys are very detailed and knowledgeable when it comes to stone work. Our home is an older stone house and they matched the stone perfectly. We had a 16’x22’ flagstone patio installed along with a walkway and three stone walls. It was a sizable project. His workers were amazing and very easy to work with. I cannot begin to tell you how many compliments we have received from our neighbors. We are extremely happy with the way it turned out. I will say these pictures don’t even begin to show how amazing this project turned out."
