Description of Work: Had problem with my laptop. John responded to my email in a prompt manner, scheduled time to pick up laptop. He worked his magic and I had my computer back in great working order in a short amount of time. He explained to me what was wrong in terms that I could understand. This was the second using SquareOne for my old laptop and I am VERY satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: I could not log on to my Lenova computer. I called John on Friday the 24th of Aug and he said he would be there at 11 AM and he was!After some time he diagnosed the problem, provided a cost and proceeded to remedy the unit. It took an hour longer to get the computer working and on-line but John wanted to stick with the original estimate. I would certainly use him again...
