They replaced a section of iron pipe with PVC, did a flush test, snaked our drain to the city sewer, and replaced a valve in our master bath. Nice folks, and the work was done in about 4 hours. Would recommend.

Completed the work 59$ and provided guidance for potential work if I wanted. About $600 of additional work which I declined at the current time. The representative was very professional and clearly explained options.

The technician replaced part of the thermostat wire and the control module on my boiler. He was great, professional, patient, and thorough. I would absolutely have him at my house again.

Young & Co.) and we have always been pleased with the quality of their work. Everything is done professionally and timely. On the rare times when we have had a problem with any of our pieces of equipment, they have immediately responded and fixed the issues.

I use Sila for all my HVAC needs. They are always prompt, fix things even if not prompted to fix (if it does not add any cost), and are courteous.

It was awful. They weren't able to fix it on the first time. They came back the second time and fixed the leak on the house. They had to come back on the third time to finish the job. Their quality of work was very poor.

The gas hotwater heater was installed in 2019. I was apprehensive since I hadn't needed a heater in 36 years. The salesman was very helpful and professional. My installation was perfect. The technicians were professional, courteous, worked efficiently and took great care to clean up when they were finished. This week annual maintenance & a tune-up was performed on my heater for the coming winter. I'm all set. I highly recommend Sila Heating & Air Conditioning

The work was professionally done, and the gentleman who performed our service was helpful and informative. The work was pushed back by a day, but the customer service representative was helpful and was able to schedule a service for the following morning. Cost aligned with what was expected for services performed.

It was fine. It was an emergency repair. The price was fine, they came out quickly, did the job cleanly and finished the job on time.

Our tech Hong was friendly and professional. We only scheduled a heating tune-up for the winter, but initially the heat would not turn on at all when Hong flipped the switch. Upon further investigation he discovered a dead bird in the exhaust pipe by the motor- it had made its way down our chimney and down the windy exhaust pipe and got trapped. We were ready to have the motor replaced at a cost of $750, but thankfully Hong discovered this before we got to that. After the bird was removed, the unit started right up. Thanks again!

Just as promised. Three men arrived right at 8; they were all done by 4 pm. They were professional, personable, and deligegent. They explained how to operate and maintain it.

We have used Sila three times and have been happy with their service each time. For each of the separate service calls, Sila sent experienced plumbers and heating/air conditioning specialists. All work was explained clearly and performed expeditiously. Charges were appropriate for the work performed.

Great service, but higher priced than average contractors. It is worth the extra money in my opinion, but if you want to put in the work to chase / manage contractors you could go with other options.

Beautifully! The Senior technician came and performed a tune up for me. Afterwards he had some recommendations and explained my options. I never felt that he was talking down to me nor did I feel pressured at any point to spend unnecessary money on things I didn’t need. Sila has always been fast, responsive, polite, and most importantly, respectful. I’ll never look anywhere else.
