I was VERY pleased with their service. They maintained the appliances, but they did more then any other service providers. They tagged the adjoining pipes and retapped the pipes on the air conditioner which had been ignored by previous providers. They also was willing to give me what I thought was an honest opinion about my water heater, which was beyond what I was paying them to do. They are a little high priced but at least the service is worth it.

Sila is a first class company all the way! The technicians were fast, knowledgeable and very polite and courteous. I was very happy with everything from the first phone call, to the salesman and price and the lightning fast installation of a full A/C system. The techs had to deal with a stifling hot attic, my 90 year old mom and having to keep the cat from running out the door. And they did it with a smile and all in one day. I was up and running with a new system in less than 48 hours from my first call. I will highly recommend Sila to all my friends.

The service turned out okay. They were very professional. They came on a Monday, I believe, and they had the order put in and installed the heater in a couple of days. Their pricing was fair.

Mr. Duffy arrived on time, looking remarkably crisp for the weather in Philadelphia. He carefully explained the many parts of a boiler system and their importance for safety. He measured the whole house and the current radiators to determine the heating needs. Unfortunately, even though we settled on a unit that would not be top of the line or the most efficient, since this is a rental unit that the tenant will be paying the utilities, his initial quote was several thousand dollars more than the HVAC provider recommended by our very trusted contractor (and an HVAC provider who has done satisfactory work for us in the past).

Their price was very high compared to other estimates.

They did the work right away, very little mess. They were friendly and polite. There were some technical glitches with the high-tech thermostat and they came back each time we called until it worked perfectly.

Frank was excellent professional. He arrived on time, briefed what he is going to do and after finishing his maintaining / service he went on explaining clearly all he did as well as the status of the Air Conditioning unit. Totally I appreciated the way he carried himself and did his duty.

Young man was articulate, respectful, presented himself well. He was expert in opening furnace, testing various functions, checking vents and filters, replacing a corroded part. I had many questions which he answered patiently.

Second or third time I've needed service in the past year or so and each time Sila was instant in their service. Cory carefully listens to the needs and does everything he can to get you on the books. Full disclosure of costs for service and reasonable rates for a professional to do the job. I would highly recommend Sila to anyone who needs trustworthy service in a flash.

They were great and so I hired them again. They did a fantastic job.

This was a very difficult job and took several tries to get to the bottom of the problem. My heater flame sensor kept going out and the system wasn't running efficently, turning off and on within minutes of each other. I worked with Corey from Silas and he made sure that I would not be charged until they got to the bottom of the issue. It took several technician house calls for them to properly diagnose and fix the problem, but eventually they seemed to figure it out. Corey waited about two weeks to make sure that the system for running correctly before providing me a final bill. I was very pleased with the price considering how long it took to diagnose the problem, how many parts they had to use as a trial/error and the number of house calls. Everyone at Silas was very nice and accomodating.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very well. They came out, they were on time, the price was reasonable for what they did, and they did the tests thoroughly, the guy was punctual and on time. They did recommend some work, but I haven't chosen to do it, but if I do, it will cost extra. I asked him about a water alarm, we have one water alarm, and he said we should get another alarm. I used the same provider to convert our house from oil to gas and we had a good experience with that as well. The price that they normally give is high, but the work is worth it. They did the previous work all in a day, while other people had said it would take 3 days.

They were very knowledgeable. They did a good job and explained everything to me.

It went very well. We were happy with it. Afterwards there were one or two things where we had them come back out and look at it. And they came right back out and it was great. They showed up on time. There were some little odds and ends on the outside that I had to clean up afterwards, but it wasn't like a huge mess.

Sila Heating & Air Conditioning was okay. I think they did a good job. They had a very odd way of trying to sell you additional things, basically trying to get you to throw at numbers when you had no idea what things cost to begin with but I think they did a fine job. It took less than a week to schedule. They are a little bit around about with their communication but they were excellent with their service. They try to keep you in the dark a little bit on things instead of just being forthright in giving you their information on what they're going to do and what things cost.

This company is new to me, I never used or heard of them before but I tried them because they offered an excellent deal on Angie's List, and I'm very happy I decided to use them. My Service agents name was Greg, very professional, he was very friendly and knowledgable of my furnace. I was totally shocked that even with the horrible rain storm we were having, he still showed up coming fr PA on time...Thank U

The technicians and sales team were extremely professional and thorough in their dealings with us. Their pricing was a lot higher than our other quotes to replace the systems, though.

The service went great. I ended up using the company for a larger project later at my home. I had a new air conditioner unit installed. Very professional and great quality of work.

The workman was very knowledgeable and went over my system with me and how and when to change filters etc.. The only issue I had was that I wanted a quote on some duct work to be replaced and got no follow up and couldn't read the carbon of the receipt that had the details...

It turned out pretty good. I would use them again.

The service turned out fine and then they broke me in for a year’s contract, so, it cost me like $500 all together and that included the big deal amount of $65. They might come out two more times before the year is out but I don’t know. Everything was good; it was a nice boy that came. He told me if something goes wrong from now and when the contract expires, the parts are included. I was satisfied with the service.

The technician who serviced my air conditioner was competent and I was happy with his work. Nevertheless, he continued a practice that I experienced with another technician earlier who serviced my humidifier. In each case, they did their best to increase revenue for the company above what I had contracted for. I was subjected to various methods that I found made me uneasy. . I replied to the company that I was unhappy with the practice. While I was pleased with the technicians who worked on my equipment, I was unhappy with the methods used to increase revenue.

Perfectly smooth from start to finish. Tech Tom was not pushy but extremely neat and professional.

Gary, the technician, arrived right on time and did a great job. Very neat, explained everything to me, very pleasant to deal with.
