FIVE TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE than the competition!?!? I needed them to diagnose and fix heater issue. They quoted $3,800 to fix it or $9000+ to replace the heater/AC. Are you kidding me???? I got another opinion from SK heating and air and they fixed the issue for 80% LESS than their quote the next day.

I had Sila come out to my property two times. The first time, they did some tests and said I needed a new thermostat. I paid $119 for the consult. That was was fine. I bought and installed a new thermostat on my own. But the system still did not work. I called them back and they came back. On the phone, they said they would not charge me, since they would consider it part of the same job. They came back, but they charged another $119. Ok so your phone guy doesnt know how your business works and promises free services. I could have rolled with that IF they had gotten it working on the second time. Instead, they checked it out and told me that I must be mistaken, because the system still worked. They were incorrect. My tenants were freezing. I finally called Unique Indoor Comfort and they fixed it, no problem. It was low refrigerant. Seems like a problem Sila should have been able to find and fix. I resent that they didn't believe me when I said the system wasn't working, and that they charged me twice. I would not hire them again. Unique Indoor Comfort was great. I'd go with them next time.

It was great, really great from beginning to end. I have a four year old LG mini split system, consisting of a compressor with two wall units. The refrigerant line going to one of the units was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called a handful of highly rated companies to provide estimates for the repair. I received a wide range of responses ranging from outrageous estimates, flat out refusals to repair offering instead to replace, offers to place new line sets but leave the faulty ones in place, and to ridiculous schedules over a month out "because of COVID". Luckily . . . I also called Sila to provide an estimate. They came right away, for a nominal fee they provided a reasonable and well detailed estimate to do the repair within a few days. They called the day before to confirm the appointment, came on time, wore booties and masks, put rags to protect the floor, did an impecable professional job with little fuss, and the system is working really well. I was especially impressed by the lead technician James. He was highly skilled and experienced, explained to me every step, possibly the best HVAC technician i ever met.

Great service at a great price. I purchased the fixture on my own and they did the install. I easily saved a few hundred bucks by doing this.

.Gus was awesome! Was SUPER knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. The jobs were done correctly and efficiently. I cannot say enough good things about Gus. He respected my house by wearing booties and cleaning up after himself, and respected me by wearing a mask and social distancing. From start to finish from making the appointment to getting the jobs completed it was a quick and easy process. I will use Sila for all plumbing heating needs from now own

I contacted Sila to come out because I had no heat and the young lady said she would have someone contact me first thing in the morning, which would be around 8 AM because that is when they open. However, they did not call until around 10 AM. I was scheduled for 1:30 PM the same day to have a repairman come to the house to see what the problem was and they were to call when they arrived . Around 2 PM I called the office and they stated that a repairman had been to my house but no one was home. I was home all day with my husband waiting for the call that never came so they rescheduled for 8 AM the following morning. The repairman arrived as scheduled and looked everything over and quoted a price of $2,200.00. He also tried to get us to purchase a new heating system stating that eventually it would have to be done, and they do financing. We stated to just do the repairs needed and we where scheduled for that coming Tuesday and it was only Thursday. He also needed half of the money up front in order to schedule the job, which was paid in the amount of $1,100.00. Tuesday came and a different repairman came to complete the job. During the repairs of the heater he the old part back on, which was supposed to be replaced. At that point the heater would not fill so he left to get the new part, which took an hour and a half for him to return to complete the job. At the close of the job I was to pay 5he remaining balance of $1,100.00, but when he went to charge me for the job he attempted to collect the entire amount of the job totaling $2,200.00. Thankfully I did not have that in my account so it was declined. Once he toted me, I informed him that I only needed to pay $1,100.00 and he stated that the remaining amount would have went towards the purchase of the heater. At no point did I commit to putting money down on a heater. I feel as if they were trying to take advantage of hard working people and the price was much higher than other quotes received. Unfortunately, I needed heat to ensure my family was warm and my pipes would not freeze during those cold nights.

Sales rep visited and measured rooms and windows to perform load calculation. Proposed a system that was overpriced so I went with another contractor. Proposed a low efficiency A/C when I requested a high effy one.

Perfectly. Huyunh came and assessed the problem, returned to the warehouse and got the needed items and returned to my house and insulated the pipes. It was done perfectly. Because Sila had installed the furnace about a year ago, there was no charge for the repair.

Everyone at SILA was amazing-they came out for a repair but we ended up having to replace our furnace. they worked with us, were so professional, and the install was quick and easy!! highly highly recommend!!
