That went well. There was an additional cost. I like them basically. He was a nice guy and did the job. He filled me in on what he was doing so I was happy.

It was okay. I don't really have much that I would say about it right now. It was something beyond the package, something that when they came out they found something and the guy said like I think I have one of those in my truck it's like nothing. He had one but it wasn't quite the right one so he said he would send somebody back. They sent someone back and it ended up costing like 400 dollars and we were not happy about it. We tried to get them to take it back and they were exceedingly professional. They were very nice. We thought they were good people but we were upset because we didn't know we were going to be charged that amount of money.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for a $69 heating system maintenance from Sila and they came a did a great job. The technician arrived on time, explained everything that he would be doing as part of the service, and about how long it would take. He was very thorough with the maintenance and cleaning that he performed and notified me of some things that needed attention and some parts that may start going bad soon. He provided me with estimates of how much the additional work would cost and performed a temporary fix for one thing until I was able to schedule the work to get it fixed. Overall it was a great experience working with Sila and I will definitely consider using their services again in the future.

After a kerfuffle over the units replaced and week of worry, Sila came out (as soon as they were called) and straightened everything out. They were gracious, patient and understanding. They are large enough to do the work to which they commit quickly and efficiently and correct any issues, minor or major, quickly even in the hottest weather. Kudos, Sila. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the company's interest in getting things right. We will be getting the installation we wanted and needed without further hassle. THAT'S a company committed to Customer Service and Consumer Satisfaction. No fly-by-night operation, this. I believe you can trust them.

It was fine. It was a year ago and I don't have any negative memories/ impression. I probably will not use them again in the future - not because there was anything wrong with them but we had our system replaced at the end of last summer and we used a different company to do that.

Sila is an excellent company. We are extremely pleased with our Lennox central A/C units. They are very quite, keep the house cool and have reduced our electric bill significantly as compared to ouur old system. Our entire experience with Sila was positive from the sales process to having the system installed. They have a very professional and efficient operation. They made minor changes to my ductwork which improved air flow to the family room. They also ran additional electric lines to the compressors, because the wiring in the old system did not meet the current code. There was no extra charge for these modifications. The installation crew was great and the foreman and VP of the company both visited the job site to make sure I was happy with the job. Since the system was installed in March and it was still cold, they sent a technician out in May to fine tune the system so it was ready for the summer. I highly recommend Sila for your heating & plumbing needs.

called about water leaking in garage. ask if I wanted a check of the system for $160. I agreed. he found a couple thing wrong. I agreed that he fix them. not realizing what he was charging for the parts. when I looked up the price. I was in shock. about $30 in parts. so that's 800 dollars in labor for 2 hrs of work. he did not break down the labor and prices charge

Brian took over an hour during the estimate to walk me through the scope of work and to educate me on air conditioning products. He pointed out several shortcuts that occurred during the initial installation process of the old units and explained how he would correct them. He even spotted a dangerous leak in hot water heater exhaust system. Installation went smoothly and took 1 full day for the technicians to install both new systems and haul away the old ones. A technician came out a few weeks after installation to reinspect/tune up the system and make sure it was running efficiently. He added refrigerant to both systems and again spent over an hour making sure everything tested correctly. I would recommend Sila because they take the time to educate and do things correctly. My only gripe was that their estimate came in the highest (almost 10% higher than the three other estimates), but I was so pleased with the initial meeting with Brian that it didn't even matter. I would strongly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

This provider did a great job and I was very pleased with the service.

While I didn't use Sila's services (only because I decided not to have the job done at all for personal reasons and that's why I've only given a B), I felt their representative Bill D was outstanding. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. He explained everything in detail, offered suggestions and advice and options, and answered all my questions. A company could not ask for a better representative than Bill.

This was a big project, as the cost suggests. To make a long story short, Sila was great from start to finish. They gave us a sound proposal, started on time, interfaced very helpfully with PECO and with other contractors, completed the job in a reasonable time (including moving fast when speed was required), and performed excellent quality work. They did what they promised--and, in several respects, over-performed--and were highly professional.

It went great. Two years later we still use Sila for our twice yearly servicing. They are always on time, professional and considerate of my needs.

Originally a service call for heat turned into a nightmare. Sila didn't fix the problem, was only interested in trying to sell me a whole new $10,000++ boiler system. Provider did some work troubleshooting and replaced the shutoff valves on three radiators. Charged me over $500 for the 2 hour service call which I authorized over the phone on my credit card, however also charged my credit card close to $4,000 for the three shutoff valve replacements and draining and refilling the boiler, which I never authorized my credit card be charged! Sila's prices are a joke, they are so overpriced I would never recommend them to anyone. In fact, They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Very disappointing experience. No wonder they can afford all the advertising I've been seeing on city buses. They're thieves! 100% overpriced.

Good experience overall. Easy to schedule the appointment. The tech contacted me the night before to confirm and he showed up on time. Price was very reasonable.

I spent $125. They were here for about 45 minutes and the workers were good. They were here on time and they did the work and it must've worked well because in the past Winter I had no heating issues. I think they did well land they were prepared.

They were excellent. It was a major investment but everything works extremely well. They're very polite, very responsive. There was a problem with flooding after they replaced the air conditioning unit and we needed some regrading in the backyard, they came immediately and did it with no charge. It's very nice about that. The problem was completely resolved.

The home we own had no existing A/C and was stone on all 4 sides. We obtained estimates from a traditional air conditioning company which suggested split units. Another similar company actually recommended SILA's high velocity system due to the type of house we owned. When the estimate was provided, the person was VERY knowledgeable about what would and would not work with our home. He took into account the stone walls, the direction of the house and the surrounding tree shade to determine what capacity our home needed. Considering all these factors it turned out we only needed one unit, but I must say that the price was about 20% more than I expected to pay. The installation went well. The men asked us where we wanted the vent holes and managed to put these 4 inch tubes through the tiniest of openings in our home. While I knew that the end product would be exposed tubes in the closets (which we later paid to have enclosed in soffets) I did not expect them to leave an exposed tube in the bedroom. I had to call them back to put up a soffet to cover up the exposed tube in one of the bedrooms. They did a fine job with that. I also want to say that the end product is AWESOME!!! Our home is absolutely comfortable during those hot summer days. The system works very well. If you have an old home without A/C and no place to run duct work, you should really consider this option because it is much more pleasant to look at a few holes in the ceiling than a split unit in the top of your wall.

The tech was very professional; they came early and were very knowledgeable about the products they offered. They had very imaginative ideas to address the issues of the system we were requesting however there quote were just too high. Of the 3 companies we worked with this price was the highest and it was a good several thousand dollar difference between this quote and the others we received so we ended up using another company.

it went fantastic however in 2014 I called to ask if they could covert my unit over to natural gas I was told no only heat pumps. I told them no. I asked for a refund of the maintenance plan I paid after months of trying they did refund the money

The service call went perfectly. Greg and Joe were friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. They fixed the problem I had with my heater and explained what I can do to prevent the problem in the future. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and would definitely use them again.

Salesperson resorted to high pressure closing tactics and wanted to force a deal. Extremely aggressive.
