They come annually; we have a service contract with them. They usually show up when it is cool and they are not busy. It is an annual service thing. They installed it a few years ago and they do good work. The workers I came in contact with are good.

I would use them again in the future.

I had an air conditioner installed by them a year before and they did excellent work. The unit works very well and they were very professional and just overall I would rate them highly. The workers were great.

The tech told me that both furnaces needed to be replaced. Once I got over the sticker-shock of expecting a tune-up expense of under $100 to a bill of over $7,000, I was happy with Sila. The furnaces did need replacing, and the team was very professional.

I don?t think the installation was really spectacular, I think was really, probably a ?D? job, because I called them out on it. They came out and fixed it. They were very responsive when I said it?s a problem, they just did a crappy job. But, they fixed it! They always did a good job fixing everything I pointed out and they were very apologetic about it! They would do anything I asked to make the situation expectable to me. So, they are very accommodating in that way. Price was okay, wasn?t great, but it could have been more expensive too. Punctually was very good. If I had to do it all again, I probably wouldn?t use them. We were pretty happy with the way things worked out.

They do a maintenance every year. They installed our system several years ago. Price was part of an annual service plan, I think the service plan was $599 or $499, something like that. They take care of it annually, it includes the warranty. They do a good job! They are not cheap though.

They came in and did what they needed to do. They were very professional and prompt. I was very pleased with their work.

It was okay. The prices were too high but the guy did good service. I will not use them again because they're too expensive.

It went well. The tech cleaned out my current heater and gave me advice on getting my ancient system replaced. I'm hoping it will last until the spring when I'll have some extra money to get it done. I'll probably use them for inspections in the future.

Two guys came out to do it. They checked everything, the inside unit & the outside unit. They made sure I had a new filter, they made sure the outside part was great. They did a really good job.

It was excellent. When I looked at the work they had done they had put in the expansion tank and had done all of the little things that you want to have done when you put in a new water heater. They made sure to give me a water heater from a company that is manufactured near by so we can get parts easily.

It went well, but I cannot say lot as it was not a big job.

The plumber was a nice young man, very polite and professional. He completed the job in short order and removed the old materials while leaving space clean and ready for use. A goods experience indeed.
