Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical

I was very impressed by the Sila Representative, Ryan, who was very professional and extremely nice to talk with. He spent time on servicing the units and then sat with me to explain about the parts that needed to be replaced, the benefits of a service agreement, and options that are available for air quality should I want to choose them at a later time. I had all the information I needed regarding my heater and air-conditioning systems. No pressure. I will definitely choose Sila as the service provider for my systems. Thank you, Ryan.

They only they did that surprise me I knew they did a check up and all that stuff but they actually pull the burner out of the furnace and check the burner unit itself which I thought was, maybe that's part of the standard but I didn't expect that.

It was pretty good. I mean they ended up outselling me I am not sure I am thrilled with that. Honestly I have the guy couple of times and my biggest concern with any vendor is they are just putting at all out there to getting a house and they push out to outsell. It was 1999 heating and air conditioning unit that I was originally buying but they ended up doubling the price on me and part of is my fault because I bought into and struck with the unit. The unit works well. I think it is little bit on level to be honest with you which doesn't thrill me. It definitely ended up cost me almost twice as much as what the list price was on the Angie's. It has only been running for about month and a half the quality wise it is A grade it is working well. They were very responsive and on time and professional. I probably would not use them again because they have pricing issue.

I purchased the service for $49 and would like to fix the leakage and told the scheduling person in advance for the issue. Chris came over on time, but he told me he need to buy the pipes, cost $249, actually the parts is not nearly as much, in the process of replace the parts, he damaged another part, then I have to pay it for another $34. The total cost for fixing the leakage is $332. It's way too much.

They said I needed a new furnace. They went through pricing with me and were very friendly and on time.

The tech arrived on time, put booties over his shoes. Be did a complete inspection including removing the burner for indirection. He also labeled all the gas and water lines.

We contacted Sila about their Heating tune up special. However, having not ever lived in an older house with a boiler for heat, we did not know how the system worked. The technician walked me through each of the components of the system as he checked that it was all functioning. He patiently explained the whole system so that I could understand how it worked. Was very knowledgeable about the system and discussed things I could do to be more efficient with energy use.

They are fine; they are not exceptional. The only issue that I had with them was that I have a high velocity heat and air conditioning system by Unico. This company spun off and pulled names and contacted us. I thought I was using Unico and, in fact, I was using this, kind of, service company that was not related to them any longer. It was kind of weird the way it started. They contacted me, like, if I was their client, but they were actually a new separate company that had just taken my name. That was weird and was kind of a strange way. I was a little bit put off by that.

Plumber arrived within the window stated by the company representative. Sila's team is quite astute and graciously fields all questions about the problem, while offering reasons why the solution will be effective.

Everything went very well. The office was courteous and timely in their response and the tech was professional, courteous and quick, while performing the work. I would definitely use Sila again.

It was fine. They did an extra service and didn't charge. I had a small little measuring spoon go down the garbage disposal and I asked him if I would have to get a new garbage disposal. He looked at it and got the spoon out and he didn't charge me.

Best plumber I've worked with, and one of best guys I've worked with, and I'm a property manager. Chris was on time, got the work done, no complaining and was extremely professional. Highest rating for sure.

Excellent. Responsive, helpful and respectful of property

A real person actually answers the phone and I called on 3 occasions. Always super nice. Chris came to the house, turns out he could plunge out the clog. I tried plunging and drain cleaner but couldn't unclog it. Very honest and professional. I will use them again for sure.

They were prompt and put booties on before coming in to my home. He was very courteous and thorough. I would use them again and recommend their service.

They were really professional and nice. I would definitely hire them again. They worked quickly and were very helpful. They offered many pointers too. My only complaint was that they were late and did not call. The company said they would call thirty mins before the person arrived. They called at 1:30 PM and said someone would be there by 2:00 PM. After no one arrived, I called at 2:45 PM and they said the guy was stuck in traffic and would be there soon. That's fine, and he still arrived in the original window, but I would have appreciated a follow-up call since the office knew he was going to be much later than the time they originally gave me.

Job was done well and thoroughly. Tech went above and beyond.

The people at Sila were very professional and accommodated us right away. Chris who worked on the faucets was very friendly and did a fine job. One of the faucet and the toilet started leaking again and when I called the office to notify, they send him again right away and he fixed the problem. Overall the job was done very well and we are happy with the work.

They did the work and I have no complaints about the quality of the final disposition.

It went well. They were in time, courteous and efficient. They pointed some issues that could be become a problem but did not try to oversell.

We purchased the 5-point tune-up and comprehensive home plumbing inspection which included inspecting and adjusting the fill value, cleaning rim flush holes, cleaning rim flush holes, replacing the worn flapper, adjusting the tank level operation and a home plumbing inspection. The company which we used was Sila Heating and Air Conditioning, located in King of Prussia, and my husband and I had the pleasure of having Chris come and do the inspection. He did an extremely thorough job checking everything and, we are happy to say, just needed replacement of the worn flapper. We are happy our toilet did not need to be replaced. Sila Heating and Air Conditioning will certainly receive repeat business from us!

Our technician, Joe Good, was great! Very professional, answered all my questions in a way that I could understand, and didn't try to upsell me on any parts or plans. We paid for the $59 heater tune-up special and then an additional $30 for checking the whole house humidifier service. Really appreciate the time he took to go over my questions and concerns.

Bought the coupon, paid the fee and never heard from the company. Need to get the charge taken off my cc.
