Plumbing work was done correctly and it was good work. For he sump pump back up system, the estimate price for the work was too high.

They did a wonderful job and I was impressed with their work and their professionalism.

Service Technician was friendly and communicative. He worked competently and efficiently. All work was accomplished within the time frame of the deal. Results have been quite satisfactory. I purchased supplies for each project, but the repair of the toilet prompted the purchase of a different kit at additional cost. While the price seemed a bit high, the rationale for the substitution was sound and the installation went well. So, all things considered, I'm pleased with the deal and with the service.

It was fine, he did what I asked him to. There were three toilets they had to do so it was $65 each. I thought it was a bit high for what he did. They met my needs.

Professional, courteous, in uniform, put on booties and on time, After Empire stated they were not responsible, purchased a deal through Angie's List at 9:02 a.m. At 9;10 a.m. the phone rang asking what would be the best time. They were here by 12:30 and done at 2:30. Took the time to show me that incorrect seals were used and had been deformed upon installation. Thebathrooms were spotless upon completion. I will use them for all future plumbing needs.

Continually impressed with Sila Service Department. Very Professional, Thorough, Clean, Punctual, and Knowledgeable. They are pro-active in their approach and perform preventive maintenance, identify potential problems and replace/repair as needed before emergency occurs. They certainly bring peace of mind. One of my better decisions to purchase their product and service contracts !

The 2 techs were punctual. The furnace was working ok, but I thought the air should be hotter. They checked the air temp and agreed it should be higher. I was told that the condenser was dirty and that the shaft in the blower was worn. I was quoted a price of $2800 to repair it. I did not think it would be cost effective to invest that much in an older unit, so I indicated I would likely use it until it died and then replace it. They asked if I wanted to have a comfort consultant call me. I didn't. As they prepared to leave I asked if that was all they were going to do. The response was "it's working isn't it?" The Offer Details read: "Furnace tune-up includes cleaning and checking gas burners, pilot assembly, thermocouple, burner flame (gas-pressure adjustment), heat exchanger, flue venting, fan control, safety device and electrical wiring, blower speed, amp draw, and belt (tension adjustment); lubricating all moving parts; checking for overall safe operation." I did not witness these services being performed. In retrospect, I should have raised the issue explicitly at the time. To me, this was more a "look-see" than a "tune-up". It seemed like a reconnaissance mission to identify repairs that could be performed. I would not purchase a similar service again.

It turns out that thanks to my tune up purchase, I found out that my heating unit wasn't working at all. Thankfully I was able to get my heat working before it got cold.

The plumber was punctual, professional, neat and did a perfect job in repairing our faucets. We purchased a 2 hour deal for $99.00 and needed some extra parts that Kohler did not provide.

We got connected with them through Costco. The pricing seemed to competitive through Costco. We even bid the work through other people. I only know that the work was done kind of poorly after I had to have them come back out several times. When they installed the replacement condenser outside, apparently there was a service bulletin that required some sort of moving a sensor that needed to be moved. I guess it was a manufacturing revision because there was a problem with the placement of an item. What that did was cause the condenser into a giant block of ice because the sensors were put in a place where it didn't sense that it needed to thaw, so I was without heat for several days during a cold-snap. They had the service bulletin for several months and could have fixed it over the summer, but they waited and I had to go three days without heat.

It was part of an extended warranty package. You pay for the warranty that was $600.00 per year and they check on it twice a year and that covers all of the components and all that stuff. The price for just that service call would not be segregated from the price for the whole package. It was like $560 or $580 per year. We did a three year. We stayed with them for 3 years but it seemed prohibitively expensive so we stopped doing it. My experience with them is lengthy and still tainted with my first experience with them, which has been pretty bad. They did a s***t job of an install. They did a 3rd grade, not even a "B" or a "C" grade, maybe a "D" grade installation job. I had to have them come out twice to fix that were obvious to me, my being an HVAC guy, that were done improperly and poorly. And when they came out to fix things, they fixed it, it still wasn't done very well, it was just done. Then we had a component that just unfortunately, the year after the compressor, the condenser had a non-replacement valve that got hung-up or had some sort of a failure, so a part that cost about $5,000 was worthless. So after we spent $12,000 on their system, two over the two year warranty, I picked the third year, just out of warranty out of 6 months or 8 months, this part, that can't be replaced goes bad. It just can't be replaced, not something that you can do about it. We did work out a deal, I was pretty upset with them about that, it wasn't their fault really, but they're the service provider. So, they did sell it to me at a reduced cost, basically I guess their cost, for a replacement. But when they installed this replacement, again, the install wasn't done very well. The guy who installed it had an attitude. It was just not a good experience overall. Just a lousy experience overall. I would not recommend them with price competitiveness either. My sister-in-law had an air conditioner installed and the guy looked like a surgeon what he did was meticulous and their prices weren't any higher than what we paid. The quality was night and day. They responded very well when I complained- when I squealed they came. They are punctual, I'll give them that. I think professionalism goes along with build quality and price and some other things too, and overall supervising people to do the work, which didn't work well in some cases. But they were professional when they came out and their demeanor was very good they were quite accommodating to try to make it work. I would say that they could do worse, but I would not make them my first choice. The guys was quick about it, they know what they're doing when they tune up the system. He was meticulous when cleaning up after the service.

Used a $99 for 2 hours service deal from Angie's List. The plumber was prompt, professional, and friendly. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. The work area was covered with a drop cloth and he wore booties so that dirt and sludge didn't get onto house surfaces. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I was very pleased with the outcome!

Great. Technician Chris came out. Very polite and punctual. He reviewed the situation with me and made sure I didn't have any questions before starting work. The Angie's list coupon was a nice cost save. Chris left the bathroom clean and in order. Would definitely use this company again.

I bought a 2 hour 'Plumbing' service package from Sila Heating & Air Conditioning. My technician, Chris, was on time, well mannered and experienced enough to recommend another solution to my shut-off valve issue. I only had to pay for the additional parts needed to fix the problem. Chris did the work with a 1/2 hour to spare so I asked him to look at my kitchen faucet that needed to be tightened from under the sink. He was unable to do so due to corrosion and recommend I contact the maker of the faucet since they warranty their products for life. I did so and they sent me a brand new faucet! Chris came back out to install the new faucet and and didn't charge me anything since he was able to do it in the 1/2 hr I had remaining on my original coupon. I was very pleased with my experience with this company and would not hesitate to call them again.

I've used them since approximately 7 or 8 years ago.

They did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable of the system they were working on.

They're very good but very expensive. It wasn't a standard service, the original installer had messed it up. They came with the regional representative of the manufacturer and they did a full re-tuning of the system. The technicians are careful, methodical, and arrive with the correct tools.

I was not home and in fact was out of town on business but according to my wife, who I have to reason to doubt, they sent a kid who when he showed up did not even know why he was there or what services he was hired for, saying the computers were down. When my wife told him we bought the 99.00 for 2 hour deal she said he became extremely impatient and rude with her. She explains everything that needs to be done and is texting me as she talks to the kid. Even though they charge 350.00 AN HOUR FOR EACH HOUR AFTER THE FIRST TWO, we were discussing getting everything done since the person is already there. This is the important part......our four year old, much like every four year old on the planet gets excited when people come over. So while my wife was explaining our problems to the kid, my son would come in and try to talk to his Mom. This kid proceeds to speak to my son and tells my son to leave the room and goes on saying things like, let me talk to your Mom kid, your interrupting, you should learn to listen to your Mom. None of these comments were made in a polite or endearing manner but rather in a rude and snarky way. At this point my wife is texting me that she just wants to get the toilets fixed and I'm wondering why the sudden change of heart. I came to find out now that I'm home, the reason is because of this kids attitude and words to my son and she just wanted him out of the house ASAP. Honestly, from the sound of it, if I was home I not only would have thrown this kid out of my house on his a** but we'd have had words. I don't care how bad your day is going, if you hate your job or how many times your interrupted but you don't come into people's homes to preform a service and speak to children that way. Not only is it rude but in this case it cost the company a chance to gouge me for an extra 700.00 worth of labor. Which by the way, 350.00 an hour after the first two hours??? A Neurosurgeon only makes 175.00 an hour on average and you want 350.00?? Even at that I'd have paid it if your employee could've acted like a professional.

Very pleased with the service I received. The guy who came out, Chris, was very professional and extremely nice. He answered all my questions and did a great clean job. I would definitely use again. Thanks again Sila and Chris.
