They're fine. I think that Angie's List has a coupon for them for plumbing. I think they have a published list of fall tune-ups. I would give everybody a "B" for price because I'm never happy! They do what they say they're going to do. They were fine. They left the area clean. I opened the door, I put them in the basement, and I let them go. They're fine, no problems.

Everyone on my project-- sales (Bill Doyle is THE BEST), financing, scheduling, technicians-- was superb! Courtesy and professionalism are Sila's top concerns, and my project was no exception. I even got a discounted price during their spring special. From the first sales call to the finished installation was only two weeks, and I'm so happy with the result. Plus, there wasn't a speck of dust left behind. Thanks a million Sila King of Prussia!

If went very well, Sila did a thorough walk through of our house and asked many questions when they did the site survey. The estimate was explained clearly. The work was done over two days and finished on time, which was a challenge since it rained most of the second day. Sila was able to complete which was important since I left for a business trip the night the work was completed so any extension would have been problematic. We are happy with our new units. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. The guy was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I get the impression it is a decent-sized company, but the technician really cared about us as customers. It was very easy to make the arrangements. The individual showed up in the blocked time they scheduled us for.

We were super happy with the installation, but we found out later that we probably should have had a permit and they never did that. And then when we tried to contact them to find out if they had, they weren't super great about getting back to my wife about the details. First they said they had it and then they couldn't find it - that sort of thing. I thought the price was good at the time. We looked around. I thought the price was excellent for the job. They did a great job on the installation. Responsiveness was good initially in regards to actually doing the job. What happened was a year or two later, we had to have the liner put in for the chimney both for the boiler and the fireplace. That's not something Sila does. But when our chimney guy came to do that which was maybe a year or so after Sila did the installation, he said, "Did you guys get a permit for the new boiler? I don't see the paperwork." I guess it is usually stuck to it. He said, "you were supposed to so you should check with them to see if they did it and you're just not aware of it." That's when they were kind of unresponsive, whoever is in charge of it. It's not like we're selling the house anytime soon. It's kind of a minor thing. We tried to track down Sila and get it all squared away, but they just didn't get back to us. It was kind of annoying. It would have been fine if they just said no we didn't do that, you're supposed to do that. But they kind of for lack of a better term jerked us around a little bit for a while on whether they did it or not. Punctuality was good in terms of the salesman coming out initially and doing the job. Everything was on time and on schedule. They should have known about the permit and given us a heads up. I had no idea. It's no different than buying a new refrigerator - it's a big appliance. I would use them again, I would just make sure to get the permit done myself. I have recommended them to people because the basic install was smooth and well done, very neat.

Chris, the plumber, was punctual, polite, courteous, informative and did an excellent job. We are very happy with him and his work ethic. We will definitely call Sila again for any future plumbing work that we may need.

The company sent an inexperience (trainee) technician. While he was performing the test he drilled a hole in the air pipe, he didn't ask for my permission or discuss it with me first. I've seen many technicians that came and did the same tune-up but none of them drilled any holes before. I called the service manager who said not to worry and we will fix it. I called the company multiple times and been told that they are ordering the parts. It's now 4/21/2017 and nothing had been done.

Bill the estimator was very helpful to us in making the decision about which system to install. He was very thorough in estimating the heat load and offering us various options to choose from. Throughout the process he was extremely courteous and made sure that we understood what he was proposing. The installation was done in 2.5 days by a very experienced crew, with little disruption and thorough clean-up afterwards. All appointments were timely - even during a late winter snowstorm! We may have been able to find a lower price if we shopped around to some smaller firms but we valued and trusted their experience with these types of installations. We are very happy with the system in heat mode and can't wait to see how it performs during the summer.

This as a big deal pricey. The service was good, but a little pricey. From what I understand the one hour of labor does not include the plumbing labor. I think they charged about $200 more than the big deal. They came out quick. The service itself was good, the guy himself did a good job. My only complaint is that it is a little bit pricey. Nobody told me it would cost more than the big deal price when I called to make the appointment.

They missed the appointment and didn't seem to be interested in getting anyone out.

They come out on an annual basis for maintenance. They installed my heating and air conditioning probably in 2006. They know it. The annual contract is $300. The issue with punctuality is, they tend to give you a window. Sometimes they are spot on and sometimes they are less. They do call and keep in contact with you. That's a plus too. You can always get thru to the main office and they will contact whoever is coming to see you.
