The salesman's visit was informative, friendly and very low pressure; plus they found us $3000 in discounts, rebates and a free hot water heater. The installation went as smooth as advertised. In one day they removed the old system components, installed the new ones, made some ducting and plumbing changes and tested the whole thing. The whole team was efficient, polite and they cleaned up when they were finished. Overall, an excellent experience.

Could be better. It's been leaking badly onto my basement floor for the last week. Had it gone onto my professional table saw, I'd be really, really upset. Should I have expected more from Sila? Sure. Should i have gotten it? yup. This was about the easiest possible job to so. The last time did service it took multiple calls to find one of their guys who had some idea what he was doing. This is the last time, guys.

He replaced some old pieces of pipe (sink is circa 1930) and made some adjustments. The leak stopped for a few weeks. It's back again! I;ve turned the water to that faucet off and will call a plumber recommended by a knowing friend.

Excellent! I've used Sila in the past for plumbing. They are very professional, courteous and thorough. This time they were here to do an air conditioner tuneup. Did a thorough inspection and suggested a clean up of the coils associated with the heating and air conditioning circulation which no one has ever suggested in the past. Coils had dirt and debris buildup that had been there for some time. Tech did a very good job and cleaned up after the work was completed.

Everything went well and I was given detailed information to purchase supplies for the repair I still need.

The price was too expensive for the amount of work completed and the time it took.

After Sila cancelled an appointment, then rescheduled later in the day, their technician finally did arrive. He was very professional and worked efficiently. Outside faucets were replaced. All are working properly.

We needed repair on our furnace. The repair was done in a timely fashion, however, a subsequent problem was created in which the furnace motor needed new housing. The new housing was ordered, following 2 calls from me. When they came to install the new housing, the order was incorrect. The correct housing was ordered, but, again, this had to be followed up by me as I received no call. It took 4 weeks to have the new housing installed. The housing was installed correctly, but the closet door that covers the furnace is damaged and will now need to be repainted.

They were good. I liked them. The price was really good. They did a good job, and I didn't have any issues. One guy came out to look at everything. It was $49 for one unit and the second unit $79. The deal they had was $49 for a unit. It took probably an hour and a half for the check to be completed.

Got $39 deal on Angie's List. They provided recommendation to replace the contactor, capacitor and/or installation of hard start kit. They also recommended to replace the A/C due to its age. The contractor was very professional and courteous.

Sales was prompt and professional - came quickly and worked a detailed quote. They scheduled installation immediately (within a few days). Installers were here for a 4 day job, were knowledgeable, courteous, super clean, on time and hard working every day. Unit works very well. It was not the cheapest, but worth a premium for the level of no-hassle service.

Came to the wrong address. Was just up selling Sila services and ending up eating my and renters time because all the time was spent in unnecessary and not requested home inspection for all plumbing problems.
