I can’t tell you how thrilled we were with our technician, Matt, and the service we received! While our initial call was for a slight smell of exhaust, we also hoped to have our heater serviced. Not only did Matt run a check for emissions, but he was quickly able to evaluate and target the apparent source of the smell I had been noticing - our humidifier. It clearly had not been changed in years and was most likely the source of our concerns. I can’t tell you how grateful we were for Matt’s thoroughness and his helpful demeanor. While we had had our heater serviced in the past, no one even mentioned a humidifier, let alone looked at it. Thanks to Matt’s servicing, we could immediately see the importance of getting onto a regular service program (hopefully with Matt). Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Sean was a huge help! We had a (very) clogged toilet and a leaking water source pipe. Sila came out the same day we reported a problem with our heater. The problem was fixed in about two hours including at trip to the depot for parts. The heater was installed by Sila. So, this service call was covered by their warranty.

Everything went well, the technician was quick and thorough. Explained some recommended repairs and sent a comprehensive report after he was finished.
