The service call went very well. Shawn was prompt, thorough and courteous. He knew his stuff and got the job done. I will call on them for an estimate in replacing my entire system sometime in 2018.

We had scheduled an appointment for a monday, between 1 and 4PM. At 4:15PM they had never showed up, and had not called to say they would be late. So we called, and they were still about an hour away, which didn't work for us cause we had to pick the kids up from daycare. So we had to reschedule for the wednesday, between 12 and 3PM. So, the main reason for my unhappiness is because we waited around all afternoon on the monday, and re-arranged our work/school schedules, so that we could be there, and they never showed up, which was a huge pain. They showed up fine on the wednesday. We were just supposed to get a winter tune up for our boiler/radiators, which was supposed to cost around $50 with a coupon. But they found a bunch of problems with our heating system, and we ended up paying around $600. Unfortunately, I don't know enough about heating systems to know if we really NEEDED the work, or if they were just saying that we did, or if $600 was a good price for the work that they did. Overall, I vaguely felt like I was being fleeced, but wasn't sure if I really was or not. In any event, it is winter now and our radiators work, so I guess that's good.

Very well! First the salesman was very knowledgeable in explaining various options. The installers were always on time and performed very well. I particularly appreciated that they did a superior job of sealing cracks / spaces where air could leak with a compound that did a better job than I have experienced in the past with other installers of HVAC systems.

I was given a 1-4 pm window for appointment time. Although the technician didn't show up until 4:15, he called about 30 minutes before arriving and was apologetic for the delay. He was very professional and pleasant and didn't try to upsell on services. They were going to charge me an extra $50 for the humidifier service, but as it was in working order, they did not charge me.

I have used Sila a few times now (2 plumbing and one heating) and they do not disappoint. Today I had a clog in my sink/garbage disposal. Chris H came in and fixed the problem very quickly, less than 30 minutes. This is the second time that he has helped us with plumbing issues (last time was with a toilet). He is such a nice, professional and pleasant person to work with. I highly recommend using Sila. Request Chris if you can because he is amazing!

Replaced air filter. Added tags to identify gas switch and electric switch. Checked flame sensor. Cleaned off the little bit of dust in the heater. Checked ignitor, capacitor, wiring and that the well doesn't move. Price was an Angie's List deal. He says if you get their emails, they offer the same price but during the offseason.

We took advantage of a furnace inspection/cleaning deal available on Angie’s list. A representative came to our house and was able to diagnose a problem with our heat exchanger and the age of the system(25 Years Old). He recommended replacing the system. We contacted multiple contractors for estimates but decided on Sila and we were not disappointed. We met with another representative and received a fair price so we decided to replace our HVAC system. The installers arrived right on schedule and the work was completed in a single visit. The installers were very professional and now we have a warm and cozy home. Sila, thank you. You have a great staff. I would recommend you to anyone.

very well. the tech identified an issue we had with how the thermostat was wired that was turning on AC and heat at the same time. service was well worth it. tech was courteous and informative. let us know about additional services without pushing them on us.

First of all their sales person was incredible. She explained everything and answered every question we could come up with. She explained why others offering us "Good, Better, Best" choices was just a way to get us to spend more money. She measured the entire house, talked to us about how we use our heat and AC, and then explained why a better furnace would be right for us, but a less expensive AC unit would actually make us more comfortable. That discussion saved us over $1,000 dollars! Then the installers came and they were wonderful and very respectful. First off, they greeted my dog so that she would be at ease with them and even played fetch for a couple minutes... and now my dog is in love :) Overall, Sila was an exceptional choice.

The technician arrived on time and did per form the service well. During our talk, I received an estimate for the back up sump-pump. Technician provided three different types of quote, but all the quote were higher than the market price. As the price was higher, I could not complete the project for the back up sump pump.

Entire experience was outstanding. Top marks for punctuality, cleanliness and efficiency. Tech gave me a complete explanation of what he did and why. I am totally satisfied.
