Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $59 for an Furnace Tune Up or End of Season AC Tune Up. The service worked out well. We ended up signing up for a longer term contract. They come out at the beginning of both the heat and AC seasons.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $69.00 for a furnace cleaning and check. They did a maintenance cleaning on the furnace. I have a fuel oil furnace and there was an additional charge and I was aware of an additional cost. .

Description of Work: The technician came, performed a check and told me that my heater had cracks and needed to be replaced as soon as I could. I was surprised to hear that and wasn't convinced this was true. I had a second opinion and found there were no cracks. I advised Sila that I was dissatisfied with their findings. They had no answer to that. Last week a friend told me that she also had Sila perform a check-up on her heater (not thru Angie's list). Sila told her there were several things wrong with her heater. She also employed a second opinion and found that none of those issues existed. I would never, ever use this company again.
