The furnace has saved me money and the house is a lot warmer. They adjusted the ducts and air conditioner is working in all rooms better. Good quality systems.

Description of Work: Sila installed a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim heat pump/ac unit in an upstairs bedroom. The job was done when stated and the room was left as they found it. The men were polite and efficient.

Description of Work: I had my air conditioner unit inspected for preventive maintenance so that it would be ready for the summer season. |Price - My origial price quote was $79.00 for an appointment scheduled on |Tuesday,April 28, 2014, at 4:00 p.m. However, that appt. had to be cancelled, and it was rescheduled for Friday, May 16, 2014, the price increased to $89.00. My service technician, after completion, reviewed his findings with me.He told me that my air handler, in the attic, had a residue of some kind on it. He though it might be mold. He said he used water to wipe it off. I went to the attic to see it, and the air handler had already been resealed (screwed). I did not ask him to unscrew the cover because he had told me that he had wiped the residue off. I would have liked for him to show it to me prior to wiping the residue so I could see it for myself. As a result of what he saw, I was given an estimate for a part, that would eliminate this condition in the future, at a cost of $800.00 plus. Of course, this part has not been ordered to date.

Description of Work: Install a ductless air conditioner and heater. They were very professional. There was a miscommunication on where the outside unit was suppose to be located. I called and the issue was corrected. No hassle. I haven't used the system can't wait until the weather breaks.

It was easy to schedule the appointment and they were able to send someone out soon after I made the call. I switched to Sila because my old company used to make me wait months before they would come out!
