Description of Work: Their deal was awesome they installed a carbon detector and there was a issue with my heater they were accurate in their diagnosis. Didn't use them because I have a home warranty.

Description of Work: They installed two high-pressure air conditioning systems in a 90 year old house that has hot water radiators for heat and no ducts. There was some confusion about the starting date, but the next day they provided two teams so that the project ended on time. The technicians were extremely skillful and knowledgeable as this installation was not straightforward.

Description of Work: We had a mix up from the get go. The service person did not do the cleaning the first go round. When he returned to do the job he said our coils needed cleaning but did not clean them. It did not occur to me that a 15 point check up would not include remediation. Perhaps I need to do more to understand what is actually being offered with an Angie's list special. This experience has definitely stopped me from making use of Angie list deals.

Description of Work: Installed new heating and air conditioning systems. Removed old units, ran piping to install high efficiency unit. Repaired some duct work and secured some lose pipe work. Replaced hot water heater. |Job was 12 hours plus. The techs did a great job preparing with floor coverings, etc prior to removing or installing any equipment. After making sure everything was up a ms running properly they did a good job cleaning up before they left. |A post visit was set up to inspect all work (standard process). Great job done. I would recommend to anyone.
