Description of Work: Very fast response to schedule appointment - technician arrived within scheduled block of time - wore protective booties in the house - very happy with the service (pre-winter tune-up/inspection of heater).

Description of Work: They performed a much needed tune-up on my whole house generator. I was so impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism and performance, I would definitely use them again...and again. I purchased service contracts from them for both the generator and my AC. The owner even sent me a personal thank you note...how many firms would think to reach out like that?

Description of Work: What a great introductory price for their service. Very thorough, inspected compressor, air handler, coils, all pipes, refrigerants, filter, and cleaned thoroughly. Explained all steps taken, checked thermostat to confirm it was working properly and also made recommendations to save on air conditioning costs. What's more they did not try to pressure me into a maintenance agreement. They suggested it as an option only and did not try to strong-arm me into anything more. I really appreciated their respecting my decision. I would definitely have them back for future service.

Description of Work: They came out as promised. The technician performed the tune-up, and explained my upgrade/repair options. He promised that someone will call me with some estimates. That didn't happen.

Description of Work: Replaced the air filter with the cheapest filter available and charged us for it, recommended that we replace our water heater and quoted almost 2k for the replacement. For that kind of $ it better turn coal to diamonds! Overall ok service of the furnace but just seemed like an opportunity to up sell their products/services

We knew at 19 years it needed to be replaced.Call three services ,for prices they had the best price.The sales men ( Matt) was very professional and informative.The installation was on time and professional also clean and respectfully (Jim)the install person was great.
