The technician introduced himself in a very friendly and professional manner. He explained the what he was doing and answered all my questions with technical simplicity and was very enthusiastic in all his responses. He was very articulate and connected with me (customer) with great customer service and was very congenial and executed professional decorum. The technician, John, was outstanding and a great representative for his company.

I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism I received from the moment i called Sila to end of the service call. Truly impressed with the knowledge of the technician and their expertise of the equipment as my heater is a dinosaur.

It went well. SILVA came in. Pinpointed the problem. Recommended a solution and got started on the repair. They actually came early dur a cancellation.

Overall we are very disappointed with Sila. Problems started with the install. Short story: installers didn't know who to program the system. They spent upwards of three hours on the phone with some type of tech support before they could get it working. Then he tells me the heat pump will not work when it is below 45 degrees outside. Luckily he was wrong about this. The day after install the system stopped working. The installers had failed to connect a condensate pump. Sila sent a service technician who immediately identified the problem and the system worked again. The same rep had to come back the next week to realign the whole system. Hopefully he knew what he was doing. We hope for the best but only time will tell. Then issues with financing started. The easy online system to sign the documents did no work. The service company told me I had to download special software. This software required a subscription and credit card number. No thanks. Then the company refused to provide a hard copy of the finance agreement. Can't access on-line and no hard copy. What am I supposed to do? Agree to finance $15,000 without seeing the agreement before I sign it. E-sign a document that they will send me a copy of later. When I questioned the manager, Adam, about this he calls me argumentative and refuses to provide copies of the finance agreement for me at the time of signing. We thought we were getting a top of the line HVAC system from a premier company. The only thing I know we have for sure, are doubts. Maybe the system will work as advertised. If we had it to do all over again, we would not have gone with Sila. Too many headaches and doubts. I rate a C only because the service technician, Steven was courtesy and competent. He was able to get the system running and properly program it. Otherwise the grade would have been a D.

Very smoothly. William was friendly, professional, and efficient. The phone staff and schedulers were also friendly and helpful.

Techs arrived within the time window provided. They walked me through their findings and made reasonable recommendations. They also examined my hot water heaters and noticed there was a moderate amount of rust, so replacement was recommended. While to some this may seem like an upsell, I took it as being extra thorough, as it meant they examined all aspects of my utility closet and took note of potential problems in my future. I appreciate their professionalism and expertise. I have been a happy Sila customer for 4+ years and will continue to give them my business

Outstanding service call from James as usual. He called before he came out to give us an ETA on his arrival. He arrived and went right to work. We love when James comes to our house because we know he goes the extra step of making sure all of our equipment is working properly top to bottom and clean. He is very knowledgeable, personable and great to work with.

Outstanding company! First rate people to work with from sales to technicians. Bill was our first contact from the sales department, and he not only took the time to go over all the advantages of several system options, he even came up with an innovative solution on how to heat and cool our guest bedroom over the garage, which had been a never ending issue for the last 20 years. Tan and Tawn did the installation. They were not only great to work with, THEY DID GREAT WORK! It's hard to explain in a short review all the details they had to accomplish on this job, we would simply say they did an amazing job of running wires, ducting, cooling lines, conduit, etc. etc. throughout the house and you would never know (see) they had been there the next day. A truly high quality installation. We purchased a high efficiency "5 speed" Carrier system that had the capability of creating separate zones in our home. Extremely comfortable cooling and the electrical bills have been slashed! Obviously very happy with SILA and the system they both recommended and installed.

Anthony and Steve did a great job removing cast iron and lead waste pipes in my basement and replacing this leaking mess with PVC. The job took 5 hours. Clean-up was good. They are big and strong young men, very polite, and know what they're doing! My old plumber would not have tackled a difficult job like this.

Went well. Our unit is so old we are getting it replaced. They were very prompt. Our new unit gets installed the next day.

Charged me $89.00 for diagnostic fee. Angie said it would be a free estimate. They would not give me a repair cost estimate. Told me I needed a tile installer plus their work. No idea what cost would be. Very dissatisfied and out $89.00 . Not what I expected from Angie. Whole experience was a waste of my time.

Time frame was 1-4 pm . Received call around 3 that it would be closer to 5 . Came at 5:30. Despite assurance by last year's technician that his notes would indicate that the air conditioner was on the roof with access only by a 25 foot ladder ( because of this I pay a hefty premium each year , these notes were not provided for this year's technician causing some unnecessary problems

The service went better than expected. The techs were on time, the office called prior to their arrival and they extremely informative. I would high recommend this outfit for any or your service needs.

The person who came over discussed several options in replacing the sink and seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He said he would email an estimate in a couple of days. I never received the estimate and I then called Sila twice. I finally got a callback and when I spoke to a different person (not the one who came over), he quoted a ridiculously high price and barely know anything about the project. I would not use Sila again.

Technician arrived when promised. Service performed as described in contract, and additional wrk done to clear grass clippings at outside condenser coil.
