Description of Work: heater inspection and tune-up. They were professional, but like everyone that does the check-up they came up with an expensive pre-emptive fix that may or may not be necessary. I did not meet the worker, but my experience with him on the phone when he was on-site and the rest of the company was courteous and I appreciate the punctuality and professionalism.

Description of Work: They are not the cheapest, but they provide the best service and do quality work. I use Sila for piece of mind that the job is done correctly.

Description of Work: I inadvertently booked them thinking I was buying the routine service check up from Signature. I used Sila in the past and stopped because of their high pressure sales tactics for the maintenance package. So I figured it is just the tune up let them come. Dino arrived and was very nice, he pointed out that the inducer assembly had a leak and needed to be replace. It is a very TINY leak, 1 drip a day, but had been dripping for a while. I asked if it could wait and placed a small container under the drip. He said the leak could worsen and short out the whole system. The price to replace it was $1056.00. So I called my original company Signature and Wade came out. Says it is no big deal at this time, I am looking to replace the system and he said it could wait! Sila also knew I was considering this as a possibility. So needless to say I will not be replacing the inducer assembly and Sila will not be coming back to my home. Also the price from Signature if it does need to be replaced was much cheaper than Sila. Thank you

Description of Work: They came out to perform our annual winter check-up and service. As always, the team they sent was very professional, courteous, and punctual. Always happy to work with Sila, and will use them again.

Description of Work: The Air Handler they installed had a defective part which has occurred in other customer's experience. But neither the manufacturer nor Sila covered it so it was a 20 minute repair job that cost $218 for a part worth about $10. Go figure. I guess the AC folks have taken a page from the big Pharmas in how to leverage lots of money from customers.

Description of Work: I purchased a heater cleaning deal for $69. All employees I had contact with were personable and professional, whether on the phone or in person . My hater was cleaned & inspected. I received an itemized receipt with 4 possible options to remedy some issues that were found with the heater, though I didn't purchase any of those options. I would recommend Sila & use them again myself.
