Description of Work: Bought a deal to have my furnace tuned up. I also had a leak in it. The inducer/collector was bad an possibly needed a fan replacement. I received a quote in the range of $600 for just the inducer/collector for parts and labor and $1000+ with the blower (it was actually more than the purchase price of the furnace). I called another company for a second quote and had it replaced with oem parts at half the cost. While the pricing was way high with Sila, I don't want to make them seem like a bad company. Contact was prompt and courteous, the technician was tidy and took time to explain to me everything to me thoroughly.

Description of Work: I was called to find out details of my heating system for installation of humidifier. The installer showed on time and was good. Could not install the part. Talked to office got apology but they said they would take care of getting money back. That isn't the way it's done luckily I called Angie's list within 30 days to get my money back. Service was good but office should be more on board.
