Description of Work: I bought an a/c inspection during the peak season in august. I called Sila the evening we had trouble and they came out early the next morning. The technician called to say he was on his way. He had to climb a fence to an alley in Philadelphia, he never complained and said he ran into this kind of thing all the time. The unit was working fine outside, then he took a look at the inside unit. That was also fine. He was able to figure out that the tenants were practically turning the unit off during the day, then the unit was struggling to cool the condo down at night. He told them to leave the thermostat closer to the desired temp while they were at work during the day. Not only did he not try to up-sell me a new air conditioner, he figured out the free solution! This will not be the last time I use Sila!!
