Sila appreciates your feedback on our services provided and uses all information to help better our customer service and technical training. According to our service notes, you purchased the $69 Tune Up deal, although your system was not running. Your were informed that you were not able to use the Tune Up and that it would be an additional fee to come out and diagnose the issue. One of our expert technicians arrived at your home and immediately diagnosed a bad upper limit, motor, cap and wheel (motor was so caked with gunk, the wheel was smooth, the system was neglected for years). The system did not have any model or serial information to obtain pricing for the parts needed to repair the system. We informed the customer that we were unable to get pricing due to a lack of information on the system. Once again, we apologize that you didn't agree with the result of the diagnosis. However, we can assure you that your best interest was in mind. We hope you consider using Sila in the future. Kind Regards, Team Sila
