Description of Work: I started using Sila for heating and AC services. I got in touch with them to take a look at the whole system. Then at that time, I bought a 3 year contract because it was a really good deal. They just began coming out twice a year. When my thermostat broke, they came and replaced it right away.

Description of Work: For heating and AC services, I use a company called Sila. They come twice a year because I have a contract with them. They do a winter and summer visit every year. They check the system and clean out the filters.
