It didn't.
Description of Work: I needed a spigot fixed so I thought this would be a good way to get it done. When I called I was given a ton of reasons as to why this could not be done such as they don't use other peoples parts because they can't guarantee the part. They should have specified that they were looking to make a certain amount of money and I would never have wasted my time.
