The furnace seems to run well every year without any problems, and Sila does estimate optional items that may be needed in the future, They do not put the hard sell trying to get us to spend more money than necessary.

Excellant job! I was very pleased. The young man was professional and responsive. He wore booties in my home and cleaned up afterwards. He went out of his way and labeled the furnace and provided coverage to the exposed pipes on the air conditioner unit, something that was neglected by all other companies I used. Best service I ever had for this kind of work. PRICE: I used them through a Angie's List special on my house and the job was so good that Icalled them for the rental property. I thought they were a bit pricey when there was no special. They called me this year to renew but I declined because they wanted $400+ for maintence contract on two units. I thought that was pricey.

Our appointment was to be between 11am and 1 pm, the office called about noon and said that a problem came up at the service call where the technician was (Cherry Hill) and would it be ok if they could push the time. When the technician arrived he apologized,then went right to work. He checked all the lines, switches,filters, and auto humidifier. He cleaned out the system,fired up the system, checked the firing mechanism, and the thermostat. He explained his finding to us as he went along and was very informative.

I have to say this is a very professional company from start to finish. When I called to make the appointment they were very nice and took all the information, the man that arrived on time to do the work was very neat and clean check over the heat pump in and out and I was very satisfied with the job. John and Adam from Sila came to our home on Tuesday evening and walked us through the entire process of replacing our air system. Our furnace and AC units were decades old when we recently moved into our home, and we were expecting to have to replace it soon so having to purchase it was no surprise. Still, it's a big expense and not really a *fun* home repair, so we weren't exactly excited about it. But John and Adam showed up for the meeting to help us decide what to buy and were so professional, knowledgeable and nice that deciding to replace our entire air system turned out to be a fun process. They spent a lot of time with us really assessing our air system and came up with a ways to help make our home run more efficiently. John set us up for installation the very next day, and showed up promptly with a team of guys (also very nice) to do the work. (Sila seriously has the nicest, most professional employees I've ever met.) They replaced our entire AC and furnace system and left the house clean. We came home from work to a completely new system that we know will save us a ton in energy costs and make our home more comfortable. John definitely goes above and beyond with follow up and making sure the whole process works well. We highly recommend working with Sila.

Schedule with the office and they provided a 2 hour window instead of the normal 4 hour window I had recieved from prior companies. They confirmed the day before via phone call. Received a call about 45 minutes before window indicating that the tech had run into a problem and was running late. The gave me a new estimated time ( 30 minutes later) and gave me the option of rescheduling. Technician arrived 15 minutes outside of the window. Ben was extremely professional and thourough. He slipped on booties when entering the house each time...much appreciated!. He walked me thru what he intended on checking and what other services he would perform. When finished he gave me a run down of what exactly he did, what he found, and what potential problems may be upcoming. Was very impressed with Ben and Sila and would surely recommend them to friends and family

Michael Gill kept in touch with me through e-mail between his initial visit and the personal visit to follow up. Others that I obtained estimates from just sent the information through the postal service. One hasn't responded at all, even with a follow up e-mail to inquire about the status. When Michael returned to go over his proposals, he outlined how each design would function in the home to provide the best level of comfort. His professionalism and personal touch made his company the front runner for this project. His company should be proud to have such a quality representative!

I have been using Sila for several years and am very happy with their service and their people. Always a pleasant experience.

Tech arrived on time in the appointed 2 hour window and was courteous and friendly. We moved into the house in May and have not yet used the furnace. The tech was very helpful in pointing out the features of the furnace with which I was unfamiliar. He tried to sell me on a service plan, but it was a soft sell--not overbearing.

Everything went as expected. The technician was on time and did a nice, quick job. He was polite and helpful.

The person who came out was extremely nice.

Came over and allegedly did a tune up on my system. This past weekend I had an issue where there was no hot air blowing from my furnace. I called the emergency number and the technician that called me back stated that there was nothing they could do. i decided right then and there that i was not going to use them. i called my local company who installed the unit and they said that there was no way that they had done anything to the unit because there is no way it could have gotten that dirty in 2 months. Sila basically came to try and get me to purchase a service plan. Shame on them. Would never use or recommend them to anyone.

IT went well, but I like a confirmed time not an estimated window because most of the time I have to take time off from my job to be home to let them in.

It was perfect. I will call them again if future needs arise.

It was a routine AC system maintenance, and it went fine.

Had two issues with my HVAC system in the dead of summer. Sila came out quickly and fixed both issues. When the 3rd issue arose, it was found that I had a leak and that a simple repair wouldn't fix the problem. I needed to replace my unit. Sila did a good job of showing me my options, and actually successfully "upsold" me for a larger replacement that would get me good rebates from PECO as well as Lennox. They also applied all the sunk labor costs toward this upgrade, which was a great gesture in my view. Also, I got a very snazzy WiFi thermostat to let me "see" my investment, which is a nice touch. The installation seems top-notch to these untrained eyes, and the follow-up support with handling the rebates has been prompt and responsive.

At end of service call I signed on for the 1 yr maintenance agreement for both heat and A/C. I did this without pricing other HVAC businesses because it seemed like a fair price based on past experience.

Sila did not get the job due to high price.

Had multiple quotes from multiple vendors and this was the best price for the level the higher seer equipment. Salesman was great and punctual. We were given a discount if we did not use the financing option on top of the coupon offered through Angie's list. Installers were also punctual and neat. Very pleased all around

He was polite and professional, but could not do much. He suggested that I would need a new heater.

That service went fine. They had to come back a second time so it wasn’t as smooth as I would’ve liked.
