Description of Work: We had an awesome experience working with Jack and his crew. Very professional, great work, always on time and everything they did was communicated well throughout the job. My husband and I would highly recommend them. | |They removed popcorn ceiling from two floors of our townhouse and painted both floors. It took about 1 week to do the work. We thought the price was right for the amount of work it takes to remove popcorn ceilings and paint. We got 4 estimates and Mayfair was in the middle of the pack price-wise. More importantly than price was the quality of service and work they provided.

Description of Work: I contacted the company and spoke to the owner Jack about maintenance for my deck. We agreed that he would come by the next day, understanding that we would not be at home but there was easy access to the property/deck. Jack indicated that he would survey what the deck needed and email me an estimate. I never heard back from him. I would have appreciate a phone call to say something even, I can't do the job, too busy, etc. But to not follow up at all is very unprofessional.

 + -1 moreMR. KELLY WAS AWAY WHEN THE WORK WAS PERFORMED BY HIS WORK CREW. THEY DID A SLOPPY JOB. TO HIS CREDIT, MR. KELLY CAME BACK WITH ONE OF HIS PAINTERS TO FIX UP WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE OVER. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND CONSIDERATE AND THE FINAL JOB LOOKED GOOD. HOWEVER, WHEN WE DECIDED TO HAVE OUR LAUNDRY ROOM PAINTED, HE DID NOT RETURN OUR CALLS, WHICH I THOUGH WAS UNPROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: PAINTED LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM - CEILING, WALLS, TRIM. WALLS - TWO COLORS, CHAIR RAILS AND TRIM, ONE COLOR. CEILING AND DOORS - WHITE.

 + -1 moreJACK KELLY, OWNER OF MAYFAIR, WAS PHENOMENAL. WE WERE LISTING OUR HOUSE FOR SALE AND HAD ANOTHER PAINTER WHO HAD DONE A TERRIBLE JOB. WE FOUND MAYFAIR'S NAME ON ANGIES LIST AND CALLED. WE EXPLAINED OUR PROBLEM TO JACK AND HE PERSONALLY CAME OUT ON SATURDAY TO SAVE US. WE ONLY WISH WE HAD FOUND HIM EARLIER. HIS WORKMANSHIP AND PRICE WERE FAR SUPERIOR TO THE OTHER PAINTER THAT WE HAD USED FOR THE REST OF THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: PAINTED A VERY LARGE MASTER BEDROOM WITH ANGLED WALLS, 2 BATHROOM CEILINGS. BEAUTIFUL JOB.

 + -1 moreTHEY FIXED HOLES AND CRACKS AND SANDED THE AREAS BEFORE PAINTING. THERE ARE 2 SPOTS THAT NEED TO BE TOUCHED UP AND I HAVEN'T SET A RETURN DATE AS OF YET. THEY PAINTED EVERYTHING PERFECTLY, INCLUDING SPOTS YOU NORMALLY WOULDN'T NOTICE. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DID A GREAT JOB FOR A GREAT PRICE AND WERE VERY TRUSTWORTHY.
