showed up on time for the estimate and promised we would contact us with the estimate in a day or two. Not having heard from him a week later, I called and left a message asking that he call me back. That was a week ago. Still no phone call. Wasted our time being here for the appointment and then didn't bother even giving us the estimate or returning our phone calls.

Previously provided services were great but no return calls to recent inquiry. Very disappointed.

I've used the painters a few times over the years since they are so good. GREAT with dogs and sensitive to house/security issues. Clean up A+. Recommend to my friends all of the time.

The job went very well. There was absolutely no furniture in the home and the carpet had been removed (pending new carpet install after the paint job) so it was a relatively easy job for the 2-3 painters. It took about 3 days, and they did a great job. The crew painted inside the closets and painted the doors and trim beautifully.

Jack arrived on time for the estimate. He went through and provided a quote when he said he would. The team started as planned and there weren't any delays. Jack even came back himself when I noticed one partition only having one coat but needing a second.

They deserve the highest rating. They are veyr professional, very considerate of the house and time. Very personable. The price is reasonable and they go out of their way to do an excellent job. They are on time and clean up before they leave.

It went very well at every stage. Jack came out to do the estimate and submitted it in a timely manner. His price was not the lowest, but it was lower than a couple others and seemed very fair. The work started sooner than I had hoped and went along very smoothly. Jack was more than accommodating with several small issues that another contractor might have contested. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the prep work. We used 4 colors, including painting decorative trim in two colors. Jack was very helpful in choosing the colors and seemed to get a kick out of it, too. I have received many positive comment on the work. I hope to have Mayfair back to paint the interior of the house in the fall. By the way, one of my neighbors was impressed enough to ask Mayfair to paint her house, too.

Jack was very responsive during the entire process. He answered all of my questions and addressed the concerns I had. One of Jack's painters arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work in less than a day. He was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted them for an estimate in January and got a prompt reply to schedule the estimate. I scheduled the work for early May, emailed my paint selections (many brands to choose from) and that was it. They showed up when scheduled, did the needed prep work and completed the job in two days. Clean-up was good, no messes.

The owner Jack was very responsive through out the process from beginning to end. Every phone call was returned promptly and he scheduled the work promptly after I accepted the estimate. I paid exactly what was listed on the initial estimate. The crew arrived on time each day and they were professional and courteous. They took their time with the prep work and did a nice job sanding before they started painting. They also did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. This was a very good experience and we will definitely use again in the future.

I called Jack Kelly and described what I needed. He offered to come by and take a look. I suggested that I message him a photo to save him a trip. It worked out great. He came out two days later. Started the work on a Friday. It needed to dry overnight and he came back the next morning and completed the work. Easy, fast, clean, and inexpensive. I would definitely recommend Mayfair.

Jack's employees were curteous, nice, friendly and professional. They arrived on time every day. Painting houses that are fully decorated is very difficult and I had a lot of anxiety about having this done. Although it is impossible to make it non-disruptive, Jack and his crew tried very hard to minimize the mess and disruption. It took over 1 1/2 weeks so it was difficult. They did a very high quality paint job - did it right and they put everything back. They were sensitive to my requests. Jack and his crew also cleaned my deck and did a great job with that as well. I will not use anyone else to paint for me in the future. It is great to work with Jack and his team.

It was all very good. They told us what they were going to do. Their price was a little too much, but they explained everything to us. They stuck right with the estimate that they gave at the beginning. Everything is holding up very well.

I've been meaning to write a review of Mayfair Contractors, who painted the interior of our loft apartment earlier this year. Jack was terrific -- he scheduled an appointment to view the space and provided me with an estimate in short order. His crew was also fantastic. They were punctual and did a real A+ job with the interior painting. We called around for estimates, and Mayfair came in at the most reasonable. Would highly recommend.

They did good work. They have nice personalities, were very personable, and the price was excellent.

They were timely. They came out as promised and gave us a quote as promised. It was a 100 percent positive experience. They were good, but we did not use them. I had a relationship with the contractor that we did select. They have done really good work for us before. They did phenomenal work. They are actually an Angie's List contractor.

He said the project would take two day put they completed the majority of the painting in one day and came back the second day to complete the unfinished trim. They always came on time and cleaned up afterwards. This was a great experience and my house was beautiful afterwards. Their painting was professional and neat. The price was reasonable. Jack and team did various painting jobs around the house for us with great results. He worked with us when we changed our mind on color after the first coat. Cleaned up after themselves. Pleasent and polite to have around

It was the owner who came to give the estimate. He was very professional and he seemed to know what he was talking about and so he inspired confidence. He didn?t seem like he was going to propose things that were overly above and beyond. I wasn?t happy with some of the work that they did. So, they came back and worked on those up to my satisfaction. He did it himself. I am thoroughly delighted with him. He gave an itemized estimate. They were excellent, reliable and fair priced.7
