Their initial install went fine and I was happy with the installers. The actual product itself came out very nicely. Where I would down grade them a little bit is customer service. Specifically, we had a repair that we needed to have done within the last couple months. The person that did the repair did a decent job, but when I called to ask someone to come out and maybe touch it up a little bit, I didn?t get a very nice reply, from the owner actually. It was the owner that I had an issue with. The work was okay, it wasn?t what I had hoped it would be, but it was better than not having the repair. I just inquired as to whether they could do anything to improve upon it and I got back a pretty, actually my wife got the call of a somewhat hostile reply. We weren?t real thrilled with that. I think they should improve upon their customer service. Their product and the people that install it and produce it and manufacture the countertops did a very good job. I think the people in the front office could be a bit more customer service oriented.

Really well. They were very patient as my wife agonized over choice of granite. They showed up on time for the measurement and the install. They use a really high-end laser measurement system, which allowed them to cut the stone perfectly (and I do mean perfectly) to fit exactly flush with our kitchen walls without needing a backsplash to cover the usual gap.

Overall my wife and I are thrilled with how our countertops looks. We had 75 sq ft installed in the kitchen and another 13 sq ft installed in the master bath. Through the whole process Tracy was great to work with and was very patient and a pleasure to work with. During our Kitchen remodel we had numerous issues un related to the counter but these errors impacted when we could have our island installed. Ann Marie was great to work with as well and they were very accommodating to help us complete our Countertop install. Needless to say I was not able to get the island completed for over a month and a half due to numerous errors with the cabinets. All in all I can say enough about how great the counters looks and how StoneMasters was great to work with! I will gladly use them again if I ever need countertops again. I have also referred several friends to StoneMasters as well and one has already had her countertops installed and they look great and she was pleased as well with the experience. There you go two reviews in one.

The whole process was excellent from the sales department to the final product. They were able to get everything done in a timely manner. The price was by far better than anywhere else. The craftmanship on the countertop is beyond impressive. I had done extensive reviews on other local granite places in south jersey, and they are by far the best.

We visited the show room on 7/1/16 for the first time and met with Karlene Lafferty. She was very knowledgeable and showed us various options for Quartz counter tops. We had already decided we wanted to go with Quartz so there was no need to look at other options. After looking a samples, Karlene took us into the warehouse where they had a full slab of the material we liked which really helped to visualize what the counters would look like. We agreed to move forward and I had already done a detailed measured drawing of the kitchen cabinets which Karlene made a copy of for the estimate. This was late Friday afternoon before the July 4th Holiday weekend and we received the estimate by 1:00 on Tuesday 7/5/16. We thought about the estimate and decided to move forward on Friday 7/15/16 by signing the contract and putting down 40%. They were out to template the counters on Thursday 7/21/16 using an electronic digital piece of equipment. Less then an hour after the person doing the template left, they were on the phone offering us an install date for the following Wed. 7/27/16!! On 7/27/16, Mark of the install team called to advise they would be arriving in 30 minutes as we were told they would do [Mark needs a new cell # as he is using a number he had from living CA and I thought his first call attempt was a robo call and hung up on him. When he recalled immediately I answered the call figuring it might be something important!]. John, Josh and Mark arrived shortly as promised in the window provided for the install appointment. They got to work quickly and carefully and had the new counters tentatively in place within a few minutes. Each of them worked a different aspect of the installation and the entire job was completed in about 90 minutes. Josh went over all the paper work with me and explained care and the manufacturers warranty of the Quartz material. Overall a very fast and pleasant experience. We are going back this weekend to look at options for finishing the project with a tile backsplash.

Our installation was a little complicated because we opted to raise our countertop in order to avoid trapping our dishwasher behind our tile floor. When the templater arrived, he pointed out that our work was not level and that the counter would not be safely installed in this state. However, he was very helpful in explaining how we could fix the issue and was willing to keep the project on schedule, despite the setback. When installers arrived, they had to make some additional modifications but were still able to make the installation work. They installed 23 square feet of countertop in about 3 hours and even offered to come back at a later time to mount the dishwasher. I was very pleased with their work.

Stonemasters is a great group of people to work with. The quality of their work is outstanding. Measurements are all computerized as is the cutting of the granite and the installation is excellent. Unless you know where the seams are, you won't find them. Work is done in a very timely fashion. We have used them again since this installation and will use them again in the future. A great company.

The experience was not bad at all. They have many available counter top materials. The ones on sale were pretty good too. The actual installation took not more than couple hours. Do not forget to ask if back splash is included in installation.

After sending pics of my issue provider responded that they do not do that kind of work.

Three requests were made to StoneMasters to use my cell number and not my husband (as he cant get to his personal cell during work) to be called prior to their arrival. Sent 2 emails and spoke on the phone, requesting they update the contact information. For two appointments, they called my husband before arrival instead of the cell phone number I had given them. Luckily my husband was able to let me know when they were coming I was not happy about this as this is the very least a company should be able to do is update customer contact information. Secondly, spots on our new copper sink appeared after they left from the installation. I think it came from their sealant they put on the sink. I sent two emails asking for a resolution to the spotting that had taken the patina off the sink. I was told by their service department that coke or lemon from tea would have this affect. We were using only paper cups as we didn't have water hookup, we don't drink coke, no ice tea was around with lemon, so the ring in the sink after they left was not there before they came. We also had droplets on the front rim of a wet substance that we think they accidentally dripped leaving patina damaged. Their service department then proceeded to try to blame the plumber who did come after them, but all he did was tighten down the fixtures. No chemicals were used. I was told their owner would contact me, that was 3 weeks ago. Instead we for some reason received the entire quote portfolio and company information pamphlet along with 2 mugs in a small gift type basket in the mail, we guess this was their way of saying "sorry?"? This was after we had complained about the sink damage, We donated it to local charity. Clearly their front desk, customer service, owners and salespeople do not have the business sense to respond to a customer concern or complaint, instead feel ignoring the request for resolution will make it go away, Well, I will not recommend them, have not recommended them to anyone in our area of 82 houses in our development and although their product is very nice, the support was poor.

Experience was ok at first. Then I performed some competitive shopping and found that other companies were willing to negotiate a better deal. I went back to Stone Masters and asked if they could match the price or add another sink and faucet for the original price to remain competitive with the other firm. The managers, Ashley DiTamaso, and her father were rather rude at that point and said there was no way they were willing to drop the price. I was asking for $73 off and they wouldn't budge and were almost mocking me for asking. Very poor customer service. I ended up going with Colonial Granite and Marble in King of Prussian, PA and they were truly awesome. Great price. They gave me $1100 lower for the same purchase and did not haggle at all over price and were very courteous. I have no idea who the owner is of the Stone Master store but they should replace their management. They lost a $6823 deal and all the referrals I was going to make. Unfortunate that common sense was lost with their management team.

The entire experience was great. The sales coordinator, Natalie, was very knowledgable and helpful all the way through the process. She helped us pick out the granite color and also helped us along the way with any questions we had. The two guys who came out to remove the old counters and take all the measurements, Brandon and Ruben, were also very helpful and answered any questions I had. The three guys that did the installation were also very good (forgot their names) as they did a great job in installing the counters and cleaned up the kitchen so that you would not know they were there. The counters look great and the overall experience was awesome. One of the best things about it was that while I was told it might take 7-10 days from the time the measurements were taken and the original counters removed, it only took 3 days before they were back and did the installion of the new counters. Pricing was also good, although I only called one other company they wanted $15 a square foot more for the granite we purchased Overall, I would highly recommend Stone Masters.

We chose Stone Masters to replace our current granite and tile, and replace it with new granite so we could fit a larger sink in the existing cabinet, as well as a new cooktop in the island. At first,sensing that we didn't want to remove all the current granite,they suggested just putting in a farmhouse sink that would cover the existing holes where the two small sinks were. After consulting with the contractor they suggested,we dicided not to do that because of the configuration of the outside wall and the way the faucet would be wall mounted.On to the next step-which was to remove everything and replace it.As I wasn't crazy about the existing granite(which was in the house when we purchased it) they helped us pick a new granite that would go better in the kitchen as well as new tiles(which would have possibly been damaged in the removal). Everything went very smoothly and promptly and was very well coordinated by their staff who are on top of every detail. The kitchen is totally transformed and looks so much more stylish .The black Swanstone sink we chose instead of the soapstone is very dramatic and functional-and also affordable!I chose a Rohl bridge faucet which I've seen in countless magazines.That was the splurge but worth it. The other granite showroom we visited was not very transparent with their pricing and their overall price was higher.In the meantime I found out that a good friend used Stone Masters several years ago for her soapstone counters and was very happy with them.

A+ experience from start to end. I had trouble finding locations in Baltimore that would give me soapstone samples to test. Stonemasters in Kennett Square PA (1 hr 30 minutes away) had a huge selection of soapstone , priced about 20 percent less than in Baltimore. I was happy to find that they will install in Baltimore with a reasonable travel charge. My salesperson Carol obviously knew her soapstones and guided us to the harder slabs.She gave us lots of samples which were necessary to determine which one we wanted. Laser templating at the home, computer templating at Stonemasters for slab placement and seam matching, and counter/sink installation at my home was equally accommodating and smooth. The soapstone counters are beautiful. The seams are very thin and smooth, the counters fit the wall really well, and the roundover edges on the perimeter and the sink cutout are perfect.These are true professionals and I highly recommend them. They used gorilla grips on the seams so the seams are really thin and blend in well with the countertop.

Bob Tedesco, the person with whom I worked throughout the whole process, was outstanding. He guided me through the selection of the stone, through all the selection of sinks, faucets and plumbing as well as pricing. He was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and personable. I felt he was genuinely interested in customer satisfaction rather than a hard sell. It was a pleasure to deal with all the office staff. I chose a granite that had distinctive and varied natural design in it. There was a color in it that I wanted to highlight in certain parts of the kitchen to match existing tile back splash. I was able to do this by looking at a digital display of various parts of the stone on different parts of the counters, center piece and desk in the kitchen. This enabled me to chose which parts of the stone would be used in various locations of the kitchen. It was an added cost but well worth it unless your granite slab is uniform in its overall coloration. Brandon McCauley, the templator, also removed the original countertops. I understood and agreed that the existing tile back splash, which I wanted to preserve for aesthetic and sentimental value, might be chipped or cracked in the removal. Brandon deserves high commendation for removing the existing countertop and its four inch lip and leaving the tile intact. It was not an easy task but he did it. The template he did resulted in a perfect fit at the time of installation. There were two installers, Jeremy and Carl, who did an excellent and careful job. They sealed the granite and provided a 15 year warranty. They also hooked up the plumbing to the new sink and garbage disposal. Every worker left the place in clean condition. Bob Tedesco and I agreed that the stone we selected was a beautiful and natural work of creative art. In truth, it does look so beautiful that I find myself admiring it and tending to forget it is a working kitchen! Thank you Stone Masters. You are well named. .

They were outstanding! They came to house to make the template for counter. Removed old counter. A few days later we went to their shop to see how they put together pieces on the computer, and they moved them all around until we were happy with each piece, especially the island. Came back out to install countertops, and gave suggestions for improvement of look of backsplash. Came back and did template for backsplash, and when it was installed a few days later, the whole room was magnificient. Everyone raves about it. We are so pleased that we have picked out another slab for a bar in the basement, because we know it will be done perfectly. Everone was wonderful to work with.

Recommended contractor Dave Bickings who removed laminate, reconfigured cabinet for a farmhouse sink, and installed back splash tile. I made the error of trying to match two existing pieces of granite in the kitchen, of course being natural stone, it did not work. They had to make two visits for templating and installation as a result. Dan provided good counsel based on his expertise relative to sink design and installation. Six people came to do this and it took them one day. They left the area clean and it looked better than when they arrived. Bob, the designer was excellent. The installers were excellent, did a great job.

Entire staff was punctual and professional. Everything went according to plan and they finished all projects smoothly and efficiently. They always provided best practices, do's and don't as well as clear answers to any of my questions. Stone Masters was the very first showroom we visited. Since this was a new process for us, we looked around a bit, first for comparison purposes, and then for our stone choice. We ended up back at Stone Masters and love our new granite countertops. Everyone was extremely professional, from those who answered the phone or welcomed us in person, to the entire sales team with whom we interacted. The same could be said for the guys who removed our existing counters and measured, designed or installed the new ones. Since my wife and I both gravitated to the more unique patterns with veins and a lot of movement, we were very concerned with how the pattern would look on our island and perimeter, including the necessary seam. While the digital slab layout was certainly not inexpensive, it was worth every penny as we ended up with exactly what we hoped for. The end result is both artistically pleasing and provides a well-balanced continuity we will enjoy for years to come. Brandon deserves special recognition for the counter removal and digital templating. He walked me through the entire procedure, leaving nothing to question, and gave me helpful, unbiased advice regarding our edging choices and what to expect from the rest of the process. If there were any opportunities to make the experience even better, they were certainly minor. There were a couple communication gaps regarding the design of our kitchen and the need for a backsplash around the perimeter, but those were as much attributable to my lack of knowledge as anything. And I do think the charges for counter removal ($300) and plumbing ($400), despite the convenience, were somewhat excessive. That being said, the bottom line is that we are truly happy with both our choice of Stone Masters and our finished counters.

Brandon came out today for countertop and sink removal. He was very polite and professional. Would not let me help with countertop removal, said it was his job. Answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. Cleaned up when he was finished. Very pleased with his work.

From the day that I called for a detailed inquiry, to the final install, everything was handled professionally. There were a few snags that we came across but I'll detail those later. Here's the list of cons and pros: Pros: - Staff was very responsive. - They were able to accommodate a schedule change since our contractor was able to complete their work sooner than anticipated. - They will work with you if you have any special request. We had bought our own sink, and they were able to accommodate some adjustments needed in order to make that work - The templator (Brandon) was very knowledgeable and provided suggestions that were useful for us to make the correct decision. - The installation crew came and did the work fast and neat. They have coordinated and worked with us on the details of the additional cuts needed for the sink area, and suggested ideas for us in terms of design. - The staff were great in showing us the available stones and were not pushy in selling us the expensive ones. Their suggestions of selecting working colors with our cabinets and backsplash was really helpful, and as I mentioned, they never pushed us to get the more expensive stone. In fact, the person (I think it might be Ashley) told us the cons and pros of the stones, and that buying the expensive stones like the Marble and Soapstone countertop, aren't almost always the best choice. Cons: - There was some confusion with the pricing. We initially were told when we signed the contract (prior to paying the downpayment) that our contractor can order the countertop for us and that we will be given the wholesale pricing. We later got notified that there were 2 reasons why our contractor was not granted the wholesale pricing (1) that our contractor never referred us to them, (2) the amount of order we've put it is not expensive enough to be granted the wholesale pricing. This was a bit frustrating because we were hoping to get the best pricing and our contractor has been able to purchase on our behalf with previous vendors. In the end, the price was still competitive compared to other granite place. All in all, we still would recommend them and their finish product was amazing.
