The quality of their work and materials is great! I had a kitchen countertop upgrade to granite. Karlene, my salesperson, was prompt and helpful. The templating and digital slab layouby Alan and Brandon were outstanding. Daniel and Matt did a beautiful install job along with Jose who made the top be as smooth as could be. Sarah was quick to schedule and adjust this complicated project. Doc says 'woof'.

Ann Marie and Karlene answered all our questions. Removal of the counter tops was quick and efficient. We had Stone Masters do all the steps except plumbing. Alan was very helpful and efficient doing the template. We paid for the digital slab layout review, and Brandon answered all our questions and was very patient. The installation by Christian and Caden was basically perfect in terms of fit. A little better cleanup would have been appreciated. Sarah took good care of our scheduling. In most cases, they were here on time or ahead of time.

Great. Karlene and Chelsea helped with selecting the stone. Made the decision process easy and fun. Alan was involved with the template. He is helpful and made the experience smooth and pleasant. Brandon worked with us on the layout and made it clear what the next steps for installation would be like. Christian and Zach were great with the installation, and are pleasant and helpful with answering questions. They did an outstanding job. Sarah is approachable and supportive. Doc is a comfort!

I am a carpentry contractor and have used Stone Masters for several years. I just completed a renovation of my own kitchen and had the pleasure of interacting with them as a customer for the first time. From start to finish my wife and I were very satisfied with the experience, our salesperson Chelsea, helped us find a great slab, Alan took the template and when Christian and Tom did the install it fit like "the skin of the grape". It went wonderfully. The men who came to the house were professional, clean-cut, and very skillful. This is the second house where I used Stone Masters for that reason. From the first step onto the Stone Master's property, we were treated well. The salespeople take the time to get to know you and work hard to complete the project. OUR HOUSE IS STUNNING. I was extremely pleased with the product and the services provided by Stone Masters. Karlene met me and showed me all the possible options for countertops, giving me the pros and cons of each as well as showing me a variety of backsplash tile options. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had a very pleasant demeanor. The rest of the staff at Stone Masters continued to impress me. Allen who came out to take the measurements and make a template, to Matt who met with me in his office so I could see and approve the exact layout to finally Martin and Kyle who came out to do the install of the countertops. I was very impressed with the time and care Martin took to ensure that the seam matched as perfectly as possible. Lastly, Trae came out and installed the backsplash. He was very meticulous and did a fantastic job lining up everything perfectly. If I ever have the need to purchase another stone product I won't hesitate calling Stone Masters.

Awful customer service....We went to Stone Masters on Saturday and picked out a piece of granite in person. We communicated via email for 3 days about the size of the kitchen with this specific piece of granite in our kitchen and provide multiple sets of pictures like a professional from numerous angels in order to get the contract estimate sent to us. It took until Tuesday night to get the contract with the deposit amount to give to Stone Masters. Signed the contract on Wednesday morning in person and Stone Masters took the deposit as part of the agreement. They called 30 minutes after saying that they sold the piece on my way back to my house and they could keep the deposit but could not guarantee us the next piece. Absolutely Terrible! Couldn't commit to when the granite would be in stock and would be charging premium pricing for the same piece of granite when it does come in. Absolute FRAUD. My wife called tried to remedy the situation by calling the Owner and spoke calmly to see what you could do. Instead of attempting to admit fault or make good on the contract, the owner screamed at my wife "saying she would go out of business!". Stone Masters will take your deposit and NOT deliver. NEVER GO THERE.

Terrible. Ann Marie is very rude. Work is subpar. Surprised they are still in business. Poor customer service . Would never go back. Run away...fast

The installers were cool. however, when I was on the phone with Ann marie Ditomaso (owner), there was a miscommunication over some pre-install pictures I emailed them. First she told me to calm down and I was never hype to begin with. Then she said she needed to speak to the fabricators and give me a call back. THE PROBLEM IS... she never hung up the phone and I heard their entire conversation.. I listened in while she and several others called me stupid, and "what an idiot".. I was shocked to the point where I didn't move fast enough to record it.. I realllly wish I had that recording. After a few minutes of degrading me and calling me names, she hung the phone up and when she called back I mentioned to her, that I heard her call me an idiot and the next time she and her employees degrades a customer, she should probably make sure she hangs up the phone first. She says....... "I didn't call you an idiot it was a customer".... Wait.. she had me on speaker in front of another customer?!?!? ... and blamed it on them.. really?!?!? I read some reviews on various sites and it seems most of the bad ones involve dealing with her. This lady is beyond rude, didn't take responsibility for degrading me, didn't apologize because she was too busy lying about it (i doubt it was a customer).

We would highly recommend Stone Masters for your next project. From the selection, measurements and the installation crew they all did a fantastic job. Karlene Lafferty was our sales associate and was in constant communication with us through the whole job from start to finish.

I was concerned about hiring Stone Masters because they require payment in full in cash or check before they will schedule your job. They do not accept credit cards. I needed my stainless steel under mount kitchen sink reattached after it detached from the granite countertop. They were the first to respond to my inquiry so I decided to go with them. The contractors arrived within the Two hour window. They were professional, fastidious and knew what they were doing. They successfully reattached the sink and cleaned up in a flash. I would definitely hire again but hopefully I will not need to do this again for a few years.

Perfectly. The sales associate, Karlene was a great help. Very knowledgeable offering suggestions when needed. The first step was the demo of the original tile counter tops and back splash. The crew arrived on time, completed the work in the time frame given and cleaned up completely. The installation of the granite was done on time as scheduled. Great communication between the showroom staff, installation staff and the client.

I had never been through a kitchen remake and was a little apprehensive. Karlene Lafferty was an angel and patiently helped me throughout the selection of quartz. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the products available at Stone Masters and was a tremendous help to me. I needed 58 sq. ft. of quartz and in additional 18 sq. ft. for the raised section. From the first time I visited Stone Masters to the final installation, everything went like clockwork. I was informed all along the way as to what would happen and when. I also purchased a new sink and the fabrication digital slab layout which I would highly recommend. My installers, Ryan, Tim and Eric were wonderful, arrived on time and answered all my questions. I was 100% satisfied with Stone Masters!

Our experience with Stonemasters and their employees--especially our salesperson Karlene Lafferty--was nothing short of outstanding. The patiently answered all our questions, were not pushy when we needed time to sort out our options, were very friendly throughout the entire process, and installed countertops we absolutely love. I would highly recommend anyone to Stonemasters who wants gorgeous countertops for a good price.

A team of specialists undertook the improvements each with a high level of professionalism and coordination. First, "Bubba" and Trae efficiently removed our old Corian. We had been warned by an interior designer that this step often damages extant tilework. "Bubba" left a long grout line from our mosaic w/perfectioon--no need for touchup. On their heels came Brandon to produce the requisite templates. He had a remarkable overview of each step and was able to give useful advice. He worked around some less than perfect cabinets. Finally Ryan and Eric did a precise job installing the quartz and Blanco sink and Kraus faucet. On their second trip (to install backsplash) Cristobal went out of his way to introduce himself in a ggracious fashion. But it was Karlene who caused such a small project to yield such a large impact. I put here last here although she did the most to assure our satisfaction. The result was due to her caring and diligent attention from choosing the "stone" to teaching us how to care for it.

Great selection of remnants. Open on weekends. Great communication and information about how to prep the space was provided. Professional and quick installation.

From start to finish everything was excellent. Karlene was a pleasure to deal with. She was not pressuring was at all which was a plus. The installers Alfredo, Jesus, and Alejandro were professional and left after cleaning up. They answered all my questions. I would recommend Stone Masters to anyone. Very pleased with my service from Stone Masters. Bubba and Trae came to my home to take down old tile, remove old countertops, and disconnect plumping for new installation. They were on time, professional, reviewed all info with me, and cleaned up completely before they finished. I would recommend both of them. Looking forward to new installation next week.

Would definitely use Stone Masters again and again. My neighbor used them and I was so impressed with their work that I went up to their showroom the next day (on a Sunday!) My sales rep. was Karlene. Karlene was fantastic. I told her the general ideal of what I wanted and she took me to several slabs in all different price ranges from low to high. She explained everything I needed to know about granite, marble and soapstone. She sent me home with samples of things I was interested in. Unfortunately I wasn't ready to make a decision. There was no pressure from her to close the deal ASAP. I waited 2 more months, returned again, resumed looking and thanks to Karlene's help made my decision. Process was very easy. Measurement and installation crews were absolutely the best. Brandon walked me through the entire process, asked detailed questions and gave detailed answers to my questions. You won't be disappointed with Stone Masters!

The job went very smoothly. The price was very reasonable. The quality was outstanding and our kitchen now looks beautiful. We were nervous going into this project due to the complexity. But Karlene put our minds at ease. We would definitely choose StoneMasters again and recommend them to everybody.
