Whole experience was fantastic. From Brandon who did our template , to Matt who did the layout to the installation crew, all were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I found an overwhelming process to be a well guided and smooth process from start to finish. They know stone, that is for sure! They had answers for every question I had. They also provided me with emails and their company website has videos that held even more information if I needed. Very impressed with the Stone Masters crew!

I was so happy with my experience starting in the show room with Karlene(so helpful and knowledgeable). Then Fedo and Joe removed the old and did so professionally and great clean up. Brandon came out to measure and was so knowledgeable and professional. Fedo and Zack came out to do the bracing and did a great job. Finally Tim and Zack installed my beautiful countertops, what a job. Joe the plumber put in the faucet and got the sink in great working order. I was so happy with my experience from start to finish and would highly recommend Stone Masters. I did have contact with others in the showroom and they were also helpful and professional.

Great!!! The installers were Bubba and Trae, they both did a fantastic job, their professionalism and eye for detail is second to none. The backsplash came out beautiful. My wife and I are extremely happy that we chose Stone Masters to complete this project in our home.

The demolition and removal of the old countertop, backsplash and base cabinets was flawless. The workers sent were prompt, neat, thorough and professional. Brandon came and did the template and was very helpful and informative. Several days later a team returned to install the new base cabinets and they did a great job as well. Special thanks to Fedo, Trae and Joe who were the workers here most of the time. Fedo in particular provided leadership for the work group and is a fine craftsman as well. The countertops are to be installed on 5/13/18.

Everything went very well with this company. The prices were competitive, and customer service was excellent. I love my new countertops.

Tim and Allen came to my home to install an soapstone countertop. I live in an old farm house and it can provide unique challenges. Both men did a fine job with the installation and working with the issues that popped up during installation. The were very nice and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Thank you so much Tim and Allen. The counter looks wonderful. Just wish I did this sooner.

They told us what was covered. They told us where add-ons might occur, and priced them fairly when they arose. The schedule was set upon contracting and it was maintained. They did the add-on leveling of cabinets in a timely way to preserve schedule. There was a minor issue that arose and it was dealt with immediately. We are extremely pleased.

NEVER HIRE THESE GUYS! Work done was very good. HOWEVER, BEWARE THE PAPER WORK AND THE PAPERS YOU SIGN! Obviously the office and the owners are the downfall of this family. We asked for a backsplash in LIGHT and the changed to DARK when we were in their office. SOMEONE NEVER GOT THE MESSAGE ALTHOUGH THE ORDER CLEARLY SHOWED THAT LIGHT WAS CHANGED TO DARK- IN FACT CIRCLED. However when we discovered the mistake, the installer , Fedo who is great and proud of his work had done 2/3 of the job. They "offered" to rip it out. Which meant two more days of me staying home while they were working- and two more delays on the job, which was running into painters, plumbers and carpet cleaners in the house. We said we could "live with their mistake" but wanted some compromise on their side, financially. THEY WOULD DO NOTHING. NO COMPROMISE. Anna Marie Ditomasso yelled at me on the phone. They wanted to tear it out- pay Fedo for two more days- plus the cost of the tile and NOT COME TO A COMPROMISE? Never apologize! NEVER was reasonable. THe manager called and said he would talk to the boss- but he did not expect anything to change because the boss was in fact as he intimated, a bit of a hardhead. Obviously the amount of paper work that goes with their contracts and the small print, shows me they have"lawyered" up because they ave had problems before. I know of several people who used to buy form them who no longer do because of exactly what I am saying here. I gave the manager two days- to get back to me- and NOTHING! No customer service here AT ALL! NONE! NO WAY TO RUN A LOCALLY OWNED FAMILY BUSINESS. RUN RUN RUN AWAY! away from these people. The attachment is the CORRECT color we ordered circled and the light one crossed out. THEY SAID NO ONE IN THEIR OFFICE DID THAT. Which, I suppose is an indirect way to say I did it. Sorry. THEY LIED! The installer did not do it and he knew I did not do it. Court? Or since they said they would rip it out, I will take them up on that- sometime after the holidays when it suits me, and no, I did not sign that paper- nor did they hand me one.

We were delighted with Stone Masters and we love our new countertops. Karlene was very friendly, helpful and responsive to all of our questions throughout our several weeks of planning the project. In our first project, many years ago, Stone Masters did a terrific job installing the main countertops around the sink and stove, including a sizeable peninsula. For this project, we wanted to try a DIY to add small counters on two other cabinet surfaces on the other side of the room. Karlene walked us through the process of finding the remnants that matched our existing counters precisely, planning for the shape of the new surfaces, getting the measurements exactly right, and documenting everything the stone cutters would need to make it work. She also helped us with instructions on transporting the cut granite pieces, preparing the new cabinet tops to hold them, and installing them securely. When the big day came, we were thrilled that both tops fit perfectly, even with the notches, curves and edges that we had planned, and even working in very tight quarters against existing walls and corners. Both new surfaces were a precise fit as soon as we put them into place. Stone Masters met every promised schedule date and offered great prices on these two remnants (57 inches and 48 inches long, respectively). We could not be happier with how great it looks and how easy it was to work with Stone Masters as our partner. Great job, Karlene and Stone Masters!

They did an excellant job and we got to pick the pieces on the computer.

It was smooth from start to finish. They are an extraordinary company to work with . Very knowledgeable and professional. Extremely organized. Their employees rave about what a great company it is to work for.

It went well. I rather not disclose the cost. Their selection is unparallel and their fast turn around time was incredible.

They did a terrific job. They came out and measured, it was correct and accurate, the fitting guy that came in did a great job. They were fast and efficient.

I was happy with their work. The price was good. I haven't really contacted them since but during the process responsiveness was good. They were better than some other companies that I got quotes from. They were timely in their responses. They sent a fine person to help me pick out granite even when I changed my mind. The guy that came and did it did a really good job installing it.

Not wonderful. I paid for one thing, and told me I didn't pay for that, and charged me for completely different thing. It was described as I needed, and he said it wasn't as I said. It would be way more money. It was a bait and switch. Yeah I will come out to your house for this price, but I'm not going to fix anything for that price. That is not what I thought I was getting. I don't want to be dramatic, but I don't want to do business with you because of it. I thought it was well worth the price to join with you guys for the deal it was representing. If it was true, I would have sought out some other business from you guys. The pricing wasn't what I had expected it to be. It was two hundred times more than I expected it to be. He put mismatching parts on. He was out here quick. He was needy. He needed me to stand there and watch him do it. It was irritating, I work from home. I wasn't anticipating it. I would have done it myself. It was a grout company. It was what I had expected.

It was part of our home renovation project. I have nothing negative to report. We were working with a contractor. The job got done. They showed us some interesting options and help us make our decision. They provided the materials as specified on time.

They were actually very good. I would use them again. It was very professional and everything was very professional. It took one day. They cleaned up good.

They did a fine job. They did a good job. They were a little expensive. They did a good job, and they had a great selection. We found some granite that we liked, the selection.

Very well. They explained everything before they came out. We had a little trouble leveling the cabinets, they have some tips and everything sent smoothly.

You couldn't pay me to work with Ann Marie of Stone Masters. We had a nice first experience there and found a slab of soapstone we wanted to buy. We offered to sign a contract and give a deposit onsite the same day. They would not allow that. So we signed the contract less than 24 hours later over email. Within an hour of signing the contract I had a phone call and an email from an employee of theirs saying another customer wanted the slab and it was "a matter of who drove their faster with a check." So off we raced to Stone Masters with the other customer beating us there. This entire situation left a really bad taste in our mouth but it only escalated when we tried to address it. Ann Marie told us that a contract "is only a piece of paper" - so please remember that if you try to purchase from Stone Masters. They do not view your signature or commitment to their offer as binding. And they will pit you against other customers as competition. We were willing to still go with them however after another conversation with Ann Marie, she likened buying a piece of stone from Stone Masters as buying a blouse from The Loft... she told me my mother has attitude (oh, and by the way my mother who has attitude just had done an expensive project with them a few months prior so you can see how Ann Marie views her paying customers...)...she told me the employee who emailed me that I only needed 30 square feet had miscalculated my project and that the employee, who was actually very nice, was no longer with Stone Masters a week later. Then on the phone, she told me I was on speaker phone with her staff so that she had witnesses. Interesting customer service approach. In addition, the contract you sign with them - which is apparently just a piece of paper - states that any unused stone from the slab you purchase does not belong to you and is property of Stone Masters. So they take the unused scraps from your project and resell them - material you pay for but don't use in full makes more money for Stone Masters. And they sell and advertise these scraps on Craigs List. With so many awesome places in the area to buy stone, and places that will value a contract and a customer, I could not see why anyone would ever be spoken to the way Ann Marie treats her customers or go with Stone Masters. Stone Masters holds all the power and any signed contract by a customer is "just a piece of paper." And Ann Marie is willing to call previously paying customers derogatory names. Good luck if you go with them. We will never return.

Outstanding. We were so happy to find and ultimately do business with Stone Masters to complete our remodel project. From start to finish this was a great experience and the results of our collaboration have resulted in a beautiful end result in the kitchen, powder room and laundry room where we installed granite counters. They are a family business and made us feel at home when we first met them. We must mention "Jack" their "almost human" Labradoodle dog who really is the face of their business. The template and installation processes were done with major attention to details. We appreciated their template crew interacting with our finish carpenter on a number of points where their work would intersect. This ended up making a big difference for our project. We highly recommend Stone Masters to anyone who is expecting to install granite counters in their project. They have a wide assortment of stone in their inventory and can offer sage guidance on the material selection and design aspect of your counters. We were more than delighted with our experience. Go visit them and see for yourself!

Jennifer was a big help during slab selection and sink and faucet selections. Jon spent the day carefully measuring our existing countertop overhangs and cooktop placement so that the new countertops would have the same profile and that new leathered granite countertops would fit perfectly, before removing the old ones with minimal mess. Digital slab matching was efficiently and artisticly handled by Matt, so that we had only two seams. Countertop installatiion was supper efficient, led by Jim. Stonemasters seaming process is incredible. We used almost 3 slabs. A small glitch with a stuck cabinet door was corrected within 24 hrs. We opted for a tile backsplash and while unhappy with the scheduling of the work, the result (thanks to Jon, again) is beautiful. Recommended Plumbing and electrical subcontractors did great jobs getting the kitchen back on line.

Beautiful inventory!!! Most important: service and integrity are obviously important to them. Highly recommend. Very satisfying experience
