Absolutely flawless from the salesperson in the showroom right to the final installation. Quality product and at a price that almost seemed to good to be true. In fact, the installation was even better than we were told to expect.

It was a very easy process, thanks to the great work of the team that they have at Stonemasters. From my initial meeting with Karlene Lafferty, I could tell that this was the right choice. I was lucky to get Bubba and Trae as the first staffers who came to my home, removed the old countertops and measured for the new ones. In a quick turnaround, I then had Tim, Zach, Eric and Ryan in to install the new countertops and do all of the plumbing work. It felt seamless. In fact, the only trouble I had was choosing which granite to go with. I thought they did a really great job and I appreciate their attention to detail in every aspect of the install. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for new countertops.

We were very happy with them. First we had a discussion by phone, then sent them some photos by email. They then sent us a fairly lengthy contract which went into great detail about our and their obligations. I was impressed with its thoroughness. After we signed contract and mailed in check with it they called and made an appointment. Eric came out on the day he was supposed to and called us beforehand to give us a better idea of when he would get there. I had a lot of questions about why the first mounting of the sink might have failed and how Stone Masters would do it differently. I and my wife were both very impressed with Eric's explanations and with the thoroughness of his work. When we pay to have something fixed our most important goal is to get it fixed, even if it might cost more. I really can't say if would have been possible to get the job done at less expense. My guess is no. Either way I'm confident that Eric did a good job and that we won't have to worry again about our sink falling out! I and my wife would highly recommend both Eric and Stone Masters.

The entire process was wonderful. Karlene was excellent at explaining everything to us and helping us make our selections. She also was very prompt in emailing us with information and scheduling. Fedo and Matt did your removal and template. Tim, Zach and Eric did the install and plumbing. They were all very pleasant and efficient. We had a small problem with a drain the day after installation and Stone Masters not only apologized but sent someone out immediately to repair it. We are looking forward to dealing with Stone Masters again next year when we redo our kitchen. Thank you to everyone.

Stonemasters did a very nice job processing and installing MBR Audax light granite, a new American Woodmark cabinet, Moen faucets, Kohler toilet, plumbing and floor tile work. I was very satisfied with their company and customer service by Karlene, Ann Marie, John and the other members. They kept me updated and informed and the time to do the work was reasonable. We will have them do another job later on down the road.

Wonderful! Everyone we worked with (Karlene, Jon, schedulers, receptionist) were so friendly, informative, helpful, and professional. No question was left unanswered and each appointment went smoothly. Our template appointment was very helpful, as he was able to provide suggestions and solutions to problems. For our first renovation, we were thrilled with the expertise and professionalism provided by Stone Masters. Email correspondence with Karlene was very quick and helpful, and their contracts/checklists/videos made the process so easy.

The process was smooth and easy. Karlene Lafferty and AnnMarie DiTomaso were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We even got a short tour of the stone finishing process! I would highly recommend the entire crew at Stone Masters. They are complete professionals, and we could not be happier with the results.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Karlene worked with me to select the stone, tile, and sink, and explain the entire process. She was very helpful, offering advice and providing a clear list of what I needed to do each step of the way. Fedo and Matt did the removal of my old countertops, and when they discovered issues with my cabinets not being level, they were able to rearrange their schedule and fix my cabinets the same day, making everything ready for the installation. The countertop installers did a great job (I don't remember their names), and also installed the new cooktop I had purchased. The plumber came the same day to get the sink and dishwasher reconnected. The following day Bubba and Trae did all the backsplash tile work. They came back 2 weeks later to seal the tile, and were able to fix a couple of issues I had found at the same time. Before each visit I received a confirmation email or call a day or two before, and a call about 30 minutes before arrival. My kitchen looks wonderful, and I have already recommended Stone Masters to a friend. I would use them again without hesitation.

Our sales person, Karlene was awesome from the first minute! We decided on a stone and that was it! Karlene handled everything, scheduling the measurement guy, to calling us about the installation day.

We chose Stonemasters for our kitchen countertop installed in February 2018. We are thoroughly impressed with the expertise we experienced with everyone involved at Stone Masters! It was a pleasure working with Karlene, from day one of our countertop project. Anne Marie was of great help on the other numerous occasions we visited. Brandon was knowledgeable and helpful to us for the questions we had. It was exciting it was to see the awesome layout plan that Matt digitized for us. Tim, Alan and Zach did a superb job installing our soapstone countertop! Everyone is in awe with our soapstone sink as well, as are we! As the months have gone by, living with our new countertop, we are ever more in love with it's beauty! We never thought we’d feel that way about a countertop, but we’ve never had soapstone before, paired with such an enjoyable experience! Thank you Stonemasters!

Excellent service and Alfredo and Jesus were great installers. Nice, courteous, clean and very professional. Loved working with stonemasters from beginning to end. The staff is wonderful and worked with me when my husband was in the hospital, which delayed the project. They bent over backwards for us and I would highly recommend them.

From beginning to end it was exceptional. Would highly recommend this company. Every person has been so informative and it is obvious they are highly trained.

The whole process was a fantastic and easy experience. From our first visit to the shopfloor, Karlene was extremely helpful. We had no knowledge about counter replacement or granite when we walked in but she was patient and talked through everything with us. However, she also left us alone to discuss on our own and and make decisions. She was great with following up and answering several questions along the way. There was plenty of information available to give us a great understanding of what was done in this process. Once the contract was signed and we scheduled our template, Brandon took over and completed the template. He was wonderful to work with, as well. Incredibly knowledgeable, and really took his time to make sure I understood everything he was explaining. He offered opinions when asked, but never pushed anything on us. He really allowed us to understand what he was doing and what we needed to do (as we removed the old counters). Finally, install was quick and easy (Tim, Zach, and Bubba) and the outcome was beautiful!. It is rare when you find a company that can excel in every aspect from sales to install, but Stone Masters have mastered it! It was a completely painless process with a successful end product. I can't say enough positive things!

From beginning to end, my experience with Stone Masters was top notch. I went there, which is quite some distance from my home, because of their promotional granite package. Their package, unlike other companies closer to my home, includes patterned granite, not simply solid colors. I met with Karlene and told her I wanted to replace my kitchen counter tops and was considering the promotional granite package only. She did NOT try to upsell anything to me and I greatly appreciated that. She also helped me to envision another use for the extra granite I had, which resulted in the replacement of a bathroom vanity top too. Others equally important also involved in my project included the measurement team of Bubba and Trae, the installation team of Alfredo, Jesus, Alejandro, and last, but certainly not least, Joe, who did the replacement plumbing. I was SO impressed with the expertise and knowledge Bubba had regarding measurement practices. I had no idea how involved that was. Trae was right alongside Bubba assisting and keeping them on task and moving along. Both were super friendly and personable which makes interactions with people you don't know comfortable. The installation team was amazing. Again, I was so impressed. They were knowledgeable, quick, and answered all my questions. Alfredo in particular was very affable - such a nice person. Joe was one of the most pleasant and obviously experienced plumbers I've had the pleasure of working with. His explanations for what he did helped a non-plumbing person easily comprehend the updates. One other person whose name I don't have is the staff member (graphic person) who assisted me with review of the digital slab layout templates for my project. I would highly recommend spending the extra money on this service since you work with someone to match, as much as is possible, patterns in the granite cuts. My interaction with him was pleasant and educational as well. Polite is an adjective I'd also use to describe my interactions with all associated staff. Projects are as individual as those involved in them. For me, if I had to do it again (you never know!), I'd specifically request this group to work with. My kitchen counter tops and my bathroom vanity top look amazing! I've included a few pictures from my kitchen. One is a close up of the granite, since, from a distance, it looks very light and that is deceiving. It has flecks of copper color, which matches my existing back splash. My bathroom is still a work in progress and quite a construction mess so I didn't include pictures of that. Thank you to those at Stone Masters, mentioned here and behind the scenes, for a project well done. I also want to mention how informative their website and videos are. I appreciate being an educated consumer. I'm a very happy customer who longed for an updated kitchen look. Now I have that. Time to restain the cabinets now and my dream will be complete. :-)

Working with Stone Masters was a very enjoyable experience. Carly Laferty was our Sales Representative and she took us through the entire process explaining all of our options. Our kitchen upgrade couldn’t have been a better experience. My wife and I were shopping around for many months going back and forth to many kitchen design businesses in search for a reasonable, affordable and high quality granite we could find. We been to many places, but Stone masters blew everyone else away. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and craftsmanship each staff member showed us and it made the process very stress free. We couldn’t have been more happier with choosing stone masters to install our granite. We can not wait to go back for the back splash. Special shout out to the following staff: Nicole, who from the start remained patient with us and took care of all our needs as we went back and forth with all the endless options. Whenever we had a question, she had the answer. Fedo and Trae were very professional and demo our old countertops, island and sink in no time at all. Brandon Macauley shared a lot of knowledge and templated our granite to the tee. He had a vast amount of knowledge and his measurements were spot on! The decision process was easy with him. Tim and Zack who installed the granite we’re also extremely professional and did a fantastic job. You can hardly see any seams and you can tell good work when you see it. Overall, if you are looking for a high quality craftsmenship at a very reasonable price with A+ service, then Stone masters is the way to go. Excellent service, excellent communication. Karlene in sales was very helpful and patient, very thoroughly explained my choices and the process (my first time ever buying a stone countertop). Templator Brandon & Installers Fedo & Trae were all prompt, efficient, and pleasant. and did an excellent job with the installation. I only got a small vanity top, but could not be happier with my experience with Stonemasters.

Our sales person Karlene was polite and professional, she answered all our questions and responded to our emails promptly. All installers were friendly, professional and careful to protect our floors and cabinets during installment. Our tile backsplash installers Bubba and Trea stayed late to finish the job due to a last minute scheduling conflict for us the next day. We were extremely pleased with the job done by everyone and we're enjoying our beautiful kitchen.
