The services provided to me by Stone Masters Inc. started the day of my first visit. Arriving at the end of the working day, they graciously stayed late and walked me through their huge indoor clean showroom. Later, when I picked my granite slabs, they were prompt in sending me a quote, which was clearly written. I knew what I was getting for my money. I searched many granite sites, looking for fair pricing and most importantly professionalism. My granite investment needed to be done right, so I took my time choosing a vendor. Bernard came out and performed my template. He was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my ideas. He utilized a computerized template machine that later proved its accuracy at the time of installation. Installers John and Fedo worked great as a team; they called with an ETA, arrived on time, and went straight to work. Pardon the pun, but my seams are seamless, the caulking smooth, they seal coated and they cleaned up. I also had the Stone Masters Inc. plumber install my corner prep sink and garbage disposal. Chris the plumber made it look easy and was kind enough to give me some pointers for the other sink that I was going to install myself. All in all, a great job by the crew. The entire team was polite and thorough and a pleasure to have in my home.

Their selection of granite slabs was excellent, pricing competitive, and the installation experience very good. We are very pleased with the product and the installation. We would definitely use them in the future.

Stone Masters was highly recommended as the "best available" by our kitchen remodelling company. From a friendly greeting at the showroom to installation, the entire experience was excellent. The showroom was comfortable, the sales person was helpful, and the price was much better than at big box stores. Everything was personalized, and we were able to take as much time as we needed to look at and select a granite slab. Since Stone Masters carries kitchen and bath faucets, we found it convenient to purchase a kitchen faucet that matched our granite and cabinets. Integration with our kitchen general contractor was seemless. The technician came when expected to measure the template. At that time he discussed and confirmed all options and made certain that we understood what we were getting. The Installation crew arrived exactly when scheduled and completed the job quickly and professionally. Seams in the granite are nearly invisible - the best that I've ever seen. The measure of a company is often seen in how they perform under adversity. During the installation there was a power failure which pretty much left the crew unable to do anything but carry in the granite and put it in place. The crew called the office and were told to wait at least an hour to see if the power came back on. We noticed that a neighbor's house had power, and the crew helped run long extention cords to the neighbor's house so that the job could be completed. Couldn't have asked for better service.

They were convenient to our locale. They also have a wonderful dog in the office. They showed us the process of how the countertops were made, which made the investment all the more worth it!

We visited several granite fabricators in NJ/PA before we found Stone Masters. Their facilities and showroom was by far the cleanest and nicest we visited. In addition to a decent selection of granite slabs stored by themselves and away from the cutting facilities, they had a large selection of sinks and faucets installed at counter height. We opted to purchase our sink and faucet online, so it was nice to see how the different faucets and sinks looked, worked, and felt. The sales reps, Leslie and Heather, answered all of our questions. The templaters and installers (John, Dave and two other guys) were meticulous. They brought their own trash can and paper towels to clean up after themselves. We have one seam in our countertops, but it isn't really visible to the eye. Stone Masters' price was right in line or slightly cheaper with quotes we received from other fabricators. Plus, they sealed our granite once before and after install. We were able to have the project completed exactly one week from selecting the granite to installation. The only minor complaint I would have is that when they removed our countertops, they punched two holes in our wall with the crowbar and didn't patch them up.

I contacted Stone Masters, Inc. about installing a kitchen backsplash. Ann Marie asked me to send pictures of our kitchen and then we set up an appt. to meet with her. I asked her if someone would come to the house to measure and look at the granite that was already there and she said no. The installer would just be scheduled to do the job. Ann Marie was responsive when this project started. I expressed to her an area of concern regarding the backsplash and the granite. She insisted the installer would handle it. The day we met with Ann Marie, I asked her for a price and she said $895.00. We were surprised when she emailed us the contract for $1,155.00. After the backsplash was completed, I had contacted Ann Marie about an area that didn't look finished especially with one tile that stood out from all the others. Ann Marie's response to me was "my installer" said everything looked the same, etc. Ann Marie didn't seem to care about what I was saying as the customer. She just kept saying "her installer". Then instead of sending someone out she asked me to send photos. I did send the photos and when she got back to me the following day, she was very argumentative with me. I reminded her that I was the customer and I'm the one that has to be happy with the final outcome....not her "installer". The installer didn't take care of "my area of concern" regarding the backsplash and the granite either. I thought he just took the easiest route and of course, Ann Marie said "it looks fine to her". I will not even have them come back to fix the issue with the tile because I don't want deal with them anymore. I would not recommend them to anyone!
